1.  Introduction

Welcome to the history page of Casa di Cavalieri! Casa is an old pack with a lot of extensive, rich history, and so we need lots of help to keep all of the information up to-date. Anybody is allowed to contribute, as long as the information you contribute is accurate and you follow the guidelines located below. Happy browsing and adding!

2.  Editing Guidelines

2.1  Content to add

• Events within the pack, including but not limited to: deaths, births, mateships, brotherhood ceremonies, fights/conflicts, plots.
• Any significant event that involves a Cavalier, within pack bounds or outside pack bounds.
• If you're uncertain if the info you plan to add is relevant, ask a leader! (Melissa or Nat)

2.2  How to add content

• Always follow the general Wiki Guidelines.
• Please link character names, packs, and so forth, even if the Wiki page does not yet exist. We need to know who did what! You don't need the entire character name each time you use it -- the example provides a truncated link.
• Definitely link thread references, and note if you have made an OOC assumption.
• Scared? If the wiki is too complicated or overwhelming for you to fiddle with, but you want to add something, submit it to Casa di Cavalieri Maintenence and we'll add it for you!
• Use the following format to submit your history additions:

3.  Timeline History

3.1  Events of Year 1 (2011)

October

• Casa di Cavalieri is created by Jazper Rhiannon-Knight , Anann Kelevra , Anatoliy Russo , Dixie-May Jackson , & Rurik Ivanov ^[1]

December

• Casa celebrates its first Winter Solstice as a pack, as well as the engagement of Gunnar LeStrange and Fia Marino-Knight ^[2]

3.2  Events of Year 2 (2012)

January

• Sebastian trades items to Amy Sunders to acquire Hadley in order to free him. ^[3]

February

• Adelle Vilhelmsen is the first Casa pup to receive a Mentor, Wayne McCoy. ^[4]

March

• Raiders attack the pack attempting to steal horses and are turned away empty-handed by the pack. ^{[5] [6]}

April

• The members of Casa come together to build stables and barns, and training rings both inside and outside of the Fort.

May

• Hadley and Ismeme become mates. ^[7]
• Cadmeia, the fox kit adopted by Hadley and Ismeme, is given Sebastian as a Mentor. He is less than pleased. ^[8]

June

• Casa invites Cercatori d'Arte to the Fort to celebrate the alliance between the two packs. Members of both packs are encouraged to trade gifts. ^[9]

July

• Regner Vilhelmsen is accidentally injured by Lorenzo Knight while sparring, and dies. ^[10]
• Regner is sent to the stars in Casa's first Ceremony of Stones. ^[11]
• Tony Marino-Knight and Neela Garcia are officially wed. ^[12]
• Amatha Partnere is the first pup born in Casa, daughter of Ismeme and Hadley. ^[13]

September

• Luca Knight, Callum Knight, Isla Garcia-Knight, and Grynn Garcia-Knight are born to Neela Garcia and Tony Marino-Knight in Casa. ^[14]
• A hurricane hits Nova Scotia. Alyssum de Fonte manages to warn Casa to begin making preparations early, and the pack is able to wait out the storm in the Courthouse. There are damages to the Fort, and Ismeme is struck by a flying branch and knocked into a coma. ^[15] Ismeme never wakes from her coma and dies in early October.

October

• Alistair Callow-Knight is chosen to mentor Amatha. ^[16]

3.3  Events of Year 3 (2013)

January

• Alistair Callow-Knight is informed by Vesper that Salsola keeps slaves. Alistair is appalled at the news. ^[17]
• Sebastian Auditore discovers Anathema member Maxen Ganesa keeping a slave, and initiated a fight. ^[18] Maxen Ganesa later informs Anathema of the Cavalier's attack, causing the relationship between Anathema and Casa to become strenuous and negative. ^[19]
• Cour des Miracles hosts a friendly tournament against Casa di Cavalieri. There are competitions and ballroom dancing. ^[20]

February

• Jazper Rhiannon-Knight sends Sebastian Auditore to spy on Salsola and their dark practices. ^[21]
• Sebastian Auditore attempts his escape from Salsola, while being chased. Minor conflict arises, but he manages to escape with minor injuries. Relations between Casa and Salsola decline significantly in consequence. ^[22]

3.4  Events of Year 4 (2014)

June

• Casa di Cavalieri forms an official alliance with New Dawn, sealed by the mateship between Callum Knight and Veyra Damaichu.

July

• Guinevere Callow-Knight and Tristan Callow-Knight are born to Alistair Callow-Knight and Lola in Casa. ^[M][23]

November

• Cercatori d'Arte disbands.
• Grynn Garcia-Knight and Uryu Catori become mates ^[24]
• Midnight Shores is founded with similar ideals and leadership to Cercatori d'Arte, and so the alliance between Casa di Cavalieri carries over to Midnight Shores.

3.5  Events of Year 5 (2015)

March

• Marks the beginning of the Syndicate Conflict. Several loners begin to trespass into Casa's territory and spark confusion and unrest. ^[25]

April

• A small group of loners break into Fort Kingsbury. Two of them are captured. ^[26]
• The captured loners are put on trail, and the pack votes for execution. Alistair Callow-Knight executes the trespassers. ^{[M] [27]}
• Casa prepares to go to war with the Syndicate, but is surprised when they attack first. Casa manages to claim victory, but not without wounds. ^{[M] [28]}
• After the battle, Jazper Rhiannon-Knight steps down as Sole, believing himself unfit to lead. He leaves to Midnight Shores to settle down and become mate to Skye Collins. This marks the end of the Syndicate Conflict. ^[29]

July

• Lyris Stryder and Luca Knight become mates. ^[30]

August

• Indi Knight and Teagan Stryder are born to Lyris Stryder and Luca Knight in Casa. ^[31]
• Anathema attacks New Dawn- Casa's allies- with no clear reason. ^[32] After a bloody battle, New Dawn is scattered and disbanded. ^[33]
• Casa di Cavalieri's brotherhood and leaders march to Anathema to confront them. They are intercepted by a portion of Anathema's attack party, and conflict arises. ^[34] At this point, Anathema and Casa di Cavalieri are declared enemies.
• Several past members of New Dawn move to Casa di Cavalieri after losing their home, including: Callum Knight, Veyra Damaichu, Marius Damaichu, Munroe Knight, and Khyren. The remainder of surviving Dawners travel to AniWaya.

September

• Alistair Callow-Knight breaks up his mateship with Lola, due to a new conflict of interests and morals. ^[35]

November

• Luca Knight is promoted to Lune and co-leader of Casa. ^[36]

December

• Sylvie Agnès and Lorenzo Knight become mates. ^[37]

3.6  Events of Year 6 (2016)

January

• Tristan Callow-Knight departs from Casa to join Vinátta, in pursuit of his budding romance with Izrian Firebringer. ^[38]

April

• A metoerite strikes 'Souls.^[39] Casa experiences heavy damages ^[40] but manages to salvage most of their livestock and valuables. As the pack retreats to higher ground, Jonas Coblentz is killed in the chaos.^[41] The pack camps out for several days, and after returning to the Fort Midnight Shores arrive to help Casa get back on its feet with repairs and rebuilding.

June

• Casa hosts a Diplomacy Summit. The following packs are invited and attend the summit: Inferni, AniWaya, Cour des Miracles, Vinátta, Krokar, Sapient, and Midnight Shores. Only Salsola and Anathema are not extended invitations. There is a welcoming ceremony ^[42], a leadership meeting ^[43], and a beach party ^[44].

July

• Veyra Damaichu gives birth to her second litter with mate Callum Knight. The offspring are born in Casa and named Rohan Damaichu and Aldora Knight. ^[45]

September

• Lyris Stryder and Lune Luca Knight bear a second litter, birthing Arlen Stryder, Remus Knight, and Myra Garcia in Casa di Cavalieri.^[46]

October

• Sole Alistair Callow-Knight abruptly departs from Casa di Cavalieri. After returning from a personal revenge mission in which he killed his father, Alistair feels immensely guilty and that he is no longer fit to lead as Casa's king. He drops his Knight name, too ashamed to bear it, and tells only his family and Luca of his plans, and departs with no intention to ever return.

November

• Allies Cour des Miracles and Casa host a dual-pack tournament. There are friendly competitions of melees, targets, swimming, and horse racing, as well as a concluding ball. ^[47]

December

• Patriarch of the Knight family and founder of Casa di Cavalieri, Jazper Rhiannon-Knight, dies. His body is taken from Midnight Shores by a small envoy to be delivered to Casa di Cavalieri. The Cavaliers hold a funeral ceremony for Jazper, and many members of his family and friends are present.^[48]
• The envoy that delivered Jazper's body to Casa never returns to Midnight Shores for unknown reasons. Then-temporary leader of the pack, Skana Creo, decides to disband Midnight Shores. Casa loses a valuable ally, but notably receives many livestock goods from Midnight Shores, such as four new horses, two pregnant cows, and several ewes and chickens.

3.7  Events of Year 7 (2017)

January

• 'Souls witnesses the Second Boreas Conflict. The packs involved in the conflict are Inferni and Salsola. Casa di Cavalieri has little to do with the event and watches as a bystander.
• Casa di Cavalieri hosts a month of construction concerning their new accumulation of livestock. A new stable and fenced pen are built, along with expansions on the current barn.

February

• After much sickness and following a paralyzing fall, a legend of Casa, Lorenzo knight succumbs to his illness and dies outside the Courthouse. ^[49]

April

• In mid-April, heavy rains begin and bring with them a plague that sweeps the entire continent of Nova Scotia.^[50] Many of Casa di Cavalieri fall ill, including Lune Luca Knight. As the sick bays fill up, food becomes scarce, and dreadful fear hangs over Casa.
• By late April, Lyris Stryder steps forward to reign while her mate, Luca Knight, is ill and incapable. Lyris appoints scouts to communicate with others packs to see how far the sickness has spread and leads a hunting party of members who have not fallen ill in an attempt to replenish food.^[51]

May

• In early May, the rains stop and the Spring Sickness comes to an end. Lune Luca Knight recovers despite rumors that he may not, and the pack is healthy once again.
• A monster in disguise, Raine Nightshade, is allowed into Casa. ^[52]

June

• Due to her past loyalty and ability to help the pack during the Spring Sickness, Lyris Stryder is promoted to fill the position of Sola and lead alongside her mate.^[53] She is the first female to hold the title in the pack's history.
• All of the ranking system in Casa is switched to now reflect English names. The old system of Italian rank names is abolished.
• Casa holds a horse auction and bids off four of their communal horses to Cavaliers.
• In mid-June, two of the oldest standing members finally bring their long, unspoken courtship to a close in a mateship ceremony. Congrats to Rurik Ivanov and Veri Secanti!

July

• Marks the beginning of the Syndicate revenge conflict. The Syndicate employs outsiders and canon fodder to dig traps for the Cavaliers, leading to injury for many: ^[54], ^[55], ^[56], ^[57], ^[58], ^[59]
• Cavalier Hartt Attaya is kidnapped, leaving only blood and fur behind. ^[60]
• Howland returns with news that Isaac and Arthur have been taken; Luca calls the pack to let them vote on how to proceed; the pack decides on a rescue mission. ^[61]
• The rescue mission is carried out by, Grynn Garcia-Knight, Rurik Ivanov, Jace Wolfe, and Arlen Stryder. They are successful and Issac and Arthur are returned without injury. ^[62]
• The Syndicate attack The Fort, after a heated battle, the Cavaliers come out victorious. ^[63]

Aug

• The Syndicate mounts one final attack with all their forces, yet the Cavaliers win once again, killing them all. Clara Bates and Julien Gauthier are killed in the fighting. ^[64]

September

October

• A mentor ceremony is held for Casa children; Night Hushhowl and Minerva Griffith. ^[65]

November

• Teagan Stryder makes the leap and joins the elite Brotherhood as a Master of Bladed Weapons!
• Jace Wolfe endures a difficult labor but survives with one undersized female pup, Nayavota Denahlii.
• Lyris Stryder, having fallen sick during her pregnancy, also goes through a strenuous labor. She does not survive, but births a male and female that her mate later names Cedric Stryder and Nora Knight.
• Veri Secanti follows suit only a couple days later in her own birthing, bringing Alaric Ivanov into the world.

December

• Raine Nightshade kidnaps Myra Garcia and tries to flee Casa when his atrocities are brought to light. He is hunted down, taken back to Casa, and put to trial, though his sentence is certain.
• Iorek makes the decision to join the Brotherhood as a Master of Tooth and Claw!

3.8  Events of Year 8 (2018)

January

• Veri Secanti takes the Oath and joins the Brotherhood as the Master of Medicines!
• Jace Wolfe also takes her Oath and becomes a Master of Ranged Weapons!

February

• Brotherhood members Jace Wolfe and Iorek, and Second Officer Riley are sent on a diplomatic trip to Anathema with the intent on fostering relations. Instead they arrive in the midst of a war and both stay to help defend the Anathemans against the threat.

March

April

• Veyra Damaichu and Callum Knight are sent to investigate strange reports of large flowers growing on the coast, information Casa has heard through passing loners. Veyra falls victim to their scent and falls off the cliffside.
• Grynn Garcia-Knight, Teagan Stryder, Arlen Stryder, and Iorek are sent by a nervous Luca to collect more information about the strange flowers, with a warning about their effects.
• A large team including Iorek, Remus, Arthur, Aldora, and Luca, travels south to try and destroy the flowers and stop them from spreading towards Casa land.

May

• After months of hard work and dedication, Teagan Stryder follows in her uncle's footsteps to become the second War Lord of Casa.
• Long time friends and members, Jace Wolfe and Temo Wolfe are moved to the rank of Honored Elder.
• Guinevere Callow-Knight and Jace Wolfe are sent to check on the spread of the flowers, they find they are wilted by a strange phenomenon. While scouting they discover that a land bridge has formed, splitting the Bay of Fundy in two!

June

July

August

• Casa holds a potluck for its youth, organized by intrepid, precocious daughter, Nayavota Denahlii. The youths cook together, engage in races and other beach games.
• Night Hushhowl and Remus Knight secure their Mateship before the pack.
• Casa invites their allies Cour des Miracles for a clam bake and beach party. There is an eating contests and a game of ultimate frizbee.
• Hartt Attaya? dies in childbirth, leaving behind two sons, Pushok Hushhowl and Temnota Hushhowl.

September

• Guinevere Callow-Knight takes her Oath and becomes Master of Bladed Weapons
• Rumpa and Mercy Nightshade perform in their Firstblood Ceremonies. Both fail and are promoted to Recruit.

October

• Honrin Wolfe-Denahlii and Aldora Knight take their Oath and becomes a Master Equestrian and Master Tactician respectively!
• Reticent and Candid Nayavota Denahlii and Cedric Stryder perform in their Firstblood ceremony. Both pass and are promoted to First Cadent.
• Candids Nora Knight and Alaric Ivanov perform in their Firstblood ceremony. Both fail and are promoted to Recruit

November

• After a period of increasingly erratic and aggressive behavior culminating in the murders of several loners, Brotherhood member Iorek and First Officer Riley are exiled for crimes against Casa Di Cavalieri.

3.9  Events of Year 9 (2019)

January

• The pack is invited to a masquerade ball hosted by Cour des Miracles.

February

• Mentor ceremony assigns Orion Knight to Darkness Hushhowl, Pushok Hushhowl to Honrin Wolfe-Denahlii, Starlight Hushhowl to Aldora Knight, and Temnota Hushhowl to Veri Secanti

March

April

• Mentor Ceremony assigns Borya Hushhowl to Leoris Steinmeister
• Darkness Hushhowl is given Snicker by Luca Knight, a draft horse left over from Cour des Miracles disbandment. Snicker is then gifted to Pushok Hushhowl.
• Dawn Hushhowl, Day Hushhowl, and Leonidas Attaya go to the Outpost.

May

• Genkei Stryder is born to Teagan Stryder and Makoto Ridley.

June

July

• Darkness Hushhowl returns atop Podarok to Casa to heal after being beaten and broken by Shaamah during short venture from Drifter Bay.
• Teagan Stryder starts the ground work for new cages for the pack's raptors.

August

• Dawn Hushhowl returns from the Outpost.

September

• The construction project for the raptor cages is completed.
• Orion Knight, Pushok Hushhowl, and Starlight Hushhowl all pass their First Blood. Temnota Hushhowl fails, much to his dismay.
• Pushok Hushhowl runs away from home, coping badly with several stressful events, and subsequently gets lost.

October

• The pack hosts a Diplomacy Summit with Salsola, Mistfell Vale, Del Cenere Gang, and New Caledonia.

November

• Zetsubou defects from Shaamah and Salsola. Joins Casa di Cavalieri assuming the debt his father created.
• Darkness Hushhowl passes away next to Hartt Attaya's grave, leaving Dusk hushhowl as the sole Matriarch of the Hushhowl clan.
• Pushok Hushhowl finds his way back home.

December

• Day Hushhowl returns from the Outpost.

3.10  Events of Year 10 (2020)

January

• Aldora Knight is promoted to Sola to lead alongside Luca. ^[66]
• Aldora then takes Minerva Griffith as her mate.
• Rumpa Nightshade and Nora Knight become mates during the [2020 Blizzard].

February

• Arlen Stryder attacks Rumpa after discovering Nora is pregnant, not realizing they are in a relationship.
• Rumpa suffers a mortal wound defending Arlen and ends up passing the next day.
• Arlen Stryder is demoted to Dishonorable.

March

• Bastian Nightshade born March 11 to Nora Knight and the late Rumpa Nightshade.

May

June

• Soledad Stryder and Celia Knight born June 1 to Cedric Stryder and Cidro, with Minerva Griffith serving as surrogate mother.
• Lyall Hushhowl and Nilda Catori born June 27 to Armani Catori and Day Hushhowl, with Pushok Hushhowl serving as surrogate father.

July

• Brannon O’Neil and Maisie O’Neil born July 10 to Jamie O'Neil and Beatrix Poitier. Beatrix dies from complications in childbirth.
• Ovidiu is killed by an unknown assailant in defense of Luca Knight. He is later found by Characters

August

• Luca Knight is killed by an unknown assailant after escaping his office during his trial. Sian is the first to find his body.

September

• Fredrick Knight confesses to Aldora Knight that he had overheard the Scots plotting.
• Aldora Knight and Cedric Stryder confront and fight Raghnall and Jamie, leading to the Scots' deaths.
• Aldora reclaims the throne, and names Cedric Lune.
