Odalis Amaranthe

July

After a spring and early summer spent in Portland, Odalis returns to Nova Scotia proper. She arrives with a farm horse named Bardi that was purchased through a man named Ciprian Tenebriso who acted as a sort of broker from Onuba. Odalis seeks to find her place in a world that is entirely different than the one that she remembers being born into.

1. you can cut all the flowers
   Odalis finds herself in the land of ‘Souls, not for the first time.
2. the smoke that roams
   Odalis meets Oriole de l’Or?.
3. the moon lives in the lining of your skin
   A sudden storm forces Odalis to take shelter. The cave she finds is already inhabited by a coyote named Diego del Bosque.?
4. each spake words of high disdain
   The Loner comes across a lonely Bard and is intrigued by his song. Odalis is introduced to Loki Helsi, but disguised as ‘Mercury.’
5. the mystery of water and a star
   The summer heat forces Odalis to find respite. While floating she meets Eliza Cormier.
6. in my sky at daybreak
   After spending the Month camped in Amherst, Odalis decides to head South.
7. between the shadow and the soul
   Odalis stumbles upon a pair of wild horses and decides to follow after them with her horse, Bardi. In doing so she stumbles too close to Salsolas territory, and is chased off by Salvia Eternity. This encounter frightens her enough that she flees to Portland and does not return to Nova Scotia until December.

December

Odalis returns to Nova Scotia after being frightened away, and joins the Court of Miracles at the soonest oppurtunity. She finds herself lonely despite the company, and at the end of the month is shocked when a group of Mercenaries force their way into the ranks - Ciprian Tenebriso amongst them.

1. i'll be the light when the summers gone
   Odalis returns from Portland and decides to join Cour des Miracles, a pack that her Mothers journals describe as being safe and full of good people. She is met at the borders by King Silvano Sadira and his daughter Gaia Dawnrunner.
2. frame fifty-four
   After settling into the pack, Odalis finds herself exploring the Chien Hotel and comes across Gaia? while she is making pottery.
3. give them no reason to stare
   Odalis meets another spanish speaking luperci in Paloma Riviera?.
4. if you trust nothing else, trust this
   Odalis hunkers down in the library and is met by Gilmore Whiteheart, a shy boy who shares his love of books with her. Lord of the Rings is discussed !!
5. dumb fish with one tin eye, watching for glints
   Galilee? introduces herself while the two girls fish.
6. there alone amongst the quiet
   Odalis finds a little bird. Basil Butler finds her and jokes that they should eat it, much to her chagrin.
7. the lonely hour
   Odalis meets Thyri Dawnbringer after wandering the hotel in the wake of a nightmare.
8. as if you were on fire from within
   A group of Mercenaries show up at the Court, and Odalis is surprised to find that Ciprian Tenebriso has arrived with them. The broker bartered passage with them and stalked Odalis to her new home. The mercenaries set off a chain of events that will change everything.

January

The pack is met with its first conflict since Odalis joined them. Mistral de l'Or invades the Kingdom and takes over with the help of her mercenaries, declaring herself the rightful Queen and demoting Silvano. They are given instructions to live as normal, but now there are eyes watching over them... and Ciprian Tenebriso lurks behind every corner.

1. [m] the kinds need a victory , so they sent me
   Mistral de l'Or makes her appearance, announcing that she is taking over the Court as its rightful Queen. Odalis is gathered with the whole of the Court as they listen to her messages, and Odalis is left to wonder if the Court is as safe as she first thought.
2. you will find out that we're both the same
   Odalis attempts to become friends with one of the Mercenaries, Callista. They decide to practice archery and are met by a friendly Reblin who decides to make a light competiton for the girls.
3. polish the bones to an ancient kingdom
   A great screeching leads Odalis to the new Queen as she settles into her new home. Despite herself, Odalis wants the Queen to like her and discusses her place in the Court.
4. but oh my heart was flawed
   Odalis discovers her stolen necklace in the hands of one of the mercenaries, Treska of Bridges. She snatches it back and almost starts a brawl, though Reblin and Piper find them at the right time to settle the dispute.
5. [m] pretty soon i'll be breaking things I have of you
   Ciprian follows Odalis an she finds Basil and his father. In an effort to protect herself from the stalking mercenary she forces herself into their company.
6. home and consonance
   While out wandering, Odalis comes across a lonely cub who turns out to be quite rude. Ask Fylgja is more interested in the mouse that he caught then conversing.
7. the terror of knowing what this world is about
   Odalis meets O'Riley Eternity for the first time as he feigns interest in the Court to gather information on the change in leadership.

February

Mistral? is successfully captured and executed before the pack for her crimes. Kalypso becomes Queen, and Odalis attempts to settle into a state of normalcy in the wake of violence.

1. we dance upon the woodworks of our past
   The Court decides to throw a talent show to highlight the talents of its people. Odalis performs a song for their now suddenly pregnant Queen. Not all is as it seems...
2. [m] the message coming from my eyes says leave it alone
   As the Talent Show ends, it is apparent that it was all meant as a distraction. An attack against the mercenaries is begun by the Courtiers - and Abigail Sadira, Galilee Haskel, and Silverbell take on Ciprian Tenebriso. He takes off wounded and disappears as the others are captured... or worse.
3. [m] nothing to stay our vengeful hands
   Kalypso Savoy rises in the wake of Mistrals capture as the Queen through Silvano's bloodline. An execution is organized, and Odalis is faced with the death of the new mother which deeply effects her. She faints and Reblin carries her home.
4. [m] girls just wanna have fun
   Odalis plans a night in the weeks following the execution for the girls and women of the Court to come together and blow off some steam.
5. there's no ending there's no fear
   Odalis meets Elphaba Revlis for the first time. The dark haired woman gifts her with mushrooms. NEFARIOUS.

March

1. when they begin the beguine
   A ball to tighten relations between the Court and the Cavaliers sees Odalis catching a dance with the handsome Galilee?.
2. i've had a hard day too i can forget with you
   Odalis meets Dogmeat, a fishcrow, while out wandering the neutral territories.
3. dust and ashes
   The Courtier decides to explore the Cathedral, and comes across Abigail Sadira while lighting a candle in memory of her home.
4. they say we are asleep until we fall in love
   Odalis meets Torabera Tanaka? while firefly watching.
5. the missing piece i yearn to find
   Odalis finds a riddle hidden in the library. Reblin assists in solving it.
6. i flake up papers that breathe like people
   Odalis meets an old friend of her mothers who has returned to the Court from a time away. Pascal Sadira had actually met Odalis when she was a wee baby in Sapient, but she doesn't remember him.
7. [m] maybe i should cry for help
   Odalis is stalked by a hungry loner and rescued by Neith Heiwa.

April

Apparently April was the month that Odalis got super 'busy'. If you know what I mean.

1. but i've got stories i could tell you
   Odalis discovers a collection of wild flowers arranged around a mysteriously etched stone. She meets Ichabod Bertram for the first time and is quite taken with him. They arrange to meet again in three weeks.
2. [m] afraid you might return for more
   Odalis explores an abandoned storefront, and meets Salvador Sadira. They discover a dead body, and decide to take the Mushrooms Elphaba? gifted her, which leads to them having sex.
3. you make it hard to let you go
   Ichabod? and Odalis meet again, while strange flowers have begun to spring up along the coast. The pollen effects Odalis who almost falls from the cliff side, and Ichabod rescues her. She repays him with a kiss.

May

1. the brightness of the sun, will give me just enough
   Odalis gardens and is greeted by a young Julia.
2. lookin' at you, like a star
   Odalis tells stories with Serena Marino.
3. don't you know
   The Onuban decides to give her friend Galilee? a makeover.
4. heard you tried to keep your hell on a shelf
   Odalis meets Salvador? and Neith Heiwa at a tavern - and realizes for the first time that they know one another AND that Neith is from Salsola... and that his real name is Neith and not Rust. They discuss Laudanum.
5. [m] there's things about me that you just don't know
   Odalis wanders the Court with a pocket full of the mushrooms she and Salvador traded for and stumble across a body that has been left along the borders.
6. bury my love in the moondust
   Odalis meets with Ichabod.

June

1. wicked game
   Ciprian finally resurfaces. Luckily Salvador is there to rescue her from his company.

July

1. wooden hearts
   The Kingdom is wracked with grief in the wake of Silvanos passing. Odalis comforts Serena Marino.
2. dark eyes on a dangerous face
   Odalis meets Suniva Rashmi.
3. memories up in shadows
   Odalis meets Moon Moon and they discover a hollowed out tree.
4. i'm going to come through
   Galilee? convinces Odalis to shift into Lupus so they can hunt rabbits together.
5. not a word, from your lips
   Odalis watches Harrison work on the building of the Courts new residency.
6. [m] so what if i'm not
   The mushrooms have taken hold, and Odalis is found by Linden Aatte, a surly soldier unimpressed with her tripping.
7. tell me how to move on
   Odalis meets a new Courtier in a young blind boy named Cidro. Solomon and Odalis introduce him to the horses and allow him to go for a little ride.
8. red earth and pouring rain
   Odalis meets a stranger who knew her Grandfather.
9. along that wilderness of glass
   Odalis is reunited with Ichabod, but its sad and sweet.

August

1. the bitter brutal truth
   Odalis decides to visit the old Sapient territory where she was born and is met with ruin. She finds Tzila Napier there, and they share memories.
2. tout ce qui chante et résonne et soupire
   Tzila come to join the Court!

September

1. [m] 'neath the halo of streetlamps
   Ciprian Tenebriso leaves a nasty little gift for Odalis on the borders of the Court.
2. have you come to raise the dead
   Odalis has a feeling that something is about to go horribly wrong despite all of the good things that are going on for the Court. Galilee? comes to dissuade her, and the discuss the future.
3. i hate that i can't say your name
   Odalis meets Boone Winthrop.

October

1. [m] time for you to take it
   Ciprian finally appears with his side-kick, Ruckus to take what he believes to be rightfully his. This results in Issola? being captured over the course of Odalis' kidnapping. Solomon attempts to stop the attack, but Ruckus strikes him down hard enough that he is unable to find his feet. When Odalis sees this, she assumes that he has been killed. She and Issola are carried away to be held prisoner in the Concrete Jungle.
2. [m] everything is changed
   Odalis and Issola struggle in the confines of their cage. Odalis' wounds look infected, and she eventually goes blind in one eye and inherits her iconic scar. Despite the brutality of their capture, Ruckus proves to be somewhat helpful, assuring that they have food and fresh water when Ciprian isn't looking. They attempt to plan their escape.

November

1. [m] ain't it hard keeping it hardcore
   After discovering a weakness in the cage Odalis and Issola dig a way out, but its only big enough for the pup. They plan to distract Ciprian long enough for the young girl to slip through and run for safety.
2. [m] hot and fast and angry
   Ciprian moves Odalis, as with the cub escaped he knows its only a matter of time before others show up in the Concrete Jungle. They move further afield, and Odalis struggles to find a way to escape while being tied on horseback. Ruckus meanwhile is coming to terms with the fact that the man that recruited him is not who he thought he was - and so he decides to free Odalis at any cost, killing Ciprian in the process to clear his conscience. He tells Odalis to run and she does.
3. [m] why will i never have the life i wanted
   Odalis runs for as long as she can, eventually passing out from weakness in the snow. Elphaba Revlis finds her and decides to take her to Salsola, a pretty Robin to decorate her tower. And so begins a life of servitude.

December

1. [m] everything i fear, always meets me here
   Odalis awakes and is informed that she is now an indentured servant by Elphaba?. Her wounds from Ciprians capture have been tended to, and she realizes that she has lost the sight in her left eye and now sports a gruesome scar.
2. the dust is all thats left of us
   Odalis meets O'Riley for what she thinks is the first time. Little does she know they meant many months before - but the trauma of Ciprians kidnapping and the effects of Elphabas special teas have lasting effects on her memories. O'Riley says he will find Ciprian, as Odalis doesn't remember that he's dead.
3. the beauty of this mess
   Odalis meets Andrew Winthrop, another indentured slave.
4. the only thing that keeps me from going wrong
   Odalis considers her new home while drinking tea.

   Odalis encounters Kaeli Blacksun who is seeking an appointment with the Queen. This leads to a heated exchange, and for the first time Odalis fights against her role and the box she's been put into. "You all think that you are independent and noble.” Her blind eyes fluttered, milky white and defiant. ”But we all report to the same Queen, no matter our station.”
2. patient brush, comb this mud
   Odalis struggles with the notion that Solomon is dad (spoiler alert: he is not) and runs into Julius Valentine. They smoke together and discuss her debt.
3. a hole heap of trouble
   Odalis fall into a trap and Michael? rescues her.
4. the villain in my own eyes
   Odalis is gifted a special collar from Elphaba?, one that marks her as belonging to the Queen.
5. fire with fire
   Odalis continues to full her emotions with the use of mushrooms, and stumbles across Rhaegar Salcedo.
6. come and play the guessing game
   Odalis meets Victoire Heiwa.
7. hope is strong, but misery's a little quicker
   Odalis meets Silas del Morte and finds herself puzzled that someone can appear content to live life as a slave.
8. my hands are cold as ice
   Odalis contemplates her place in Salsola while trying to keep warm and pondering the magick of the coven.
9. i hate that i can't say your name
   Odalis is surprised to find an old Sapien in Salsola in Shaamah.

February

1. been one of those days
   Odalis spots a stranger on the border of Salsola, the unknown Griffin Winsor?.
2. hedged by thistles
   Odalis re-encounters an injured Dogmeat and takes her home to protect her while she heals.

March

1. i justify the words i spill
   The pack has begun an investigation as news of the Sanctum deaths spreads. Odalis is interogated by the InquisitorBrocade Valentine, and Torin de le Poer - Dogmeat comes to squawk at them.
2. control
   Odalis waits up for Elphaba? and is surprised to find the Queen wounded. Her healing knowledge comes in handy as she bandages her hands.
3. come with me
   Odalis peers off at the border and imagines what life might be like on the other side. O'Riley? finds her and instructs her to turn back.
4. cause everybody needs a friend
   Odalis meets with Julius Valentine to discuss the events and interrogations. They muse on what might have happened to the Sanctum members.
5. time
   Odalis explores the Grotto of the Seven Sleepers and comes across a strange masked man named Coaxoch.
6. the whispers hurt sometimes
   Odalis comes across a loner at the borders (Solas) whom she warns away. Silas del Morte finds her, and she takes out her current frustrations on him.
7. atop an alter of ash-laden stone
   Dogmeat and Odalis hang out at the Stone Alter.
8. separate from the sound
   Odalis meets a new servant named Generosity.

April

1. all i hear are echoes
   Odalis snaps back at Khael Lykoi and is promptly shown her place.

May

1. the thistle and the burr
   Odalis attends a Last Supper. It seems that marriages are suddenly in style, as many couples are announced betrothed and to be married.
2. [m] couldn't look you in the eye
   Odalis creates her own Last Supper after-party and is found by O'Riley, who tries to fondle her.

June

1. restless heart
   Dogmeat helps fend off Noble the peacock while Odalis gardens.
2. [m] the rules are the same as they always were
   Odalis, Elphaba?, and O'Riley? make a trip to a nearby island. Things take a dark turn somewhere along the way.
3. when you were here before
   Odalis contemplates what leaving Salsola behind would be like. Another moment staring off into the great beyond.
4. i have never known peace like the damp grass
   Odalis seeks out Andrew Winthrop who has recently been granted his freedom.
5. dead before dawn
   Odalis meets Bacchus Revlis. She has NO IDEA that he is her father and he does not know she is his daughter.
6. heart shaped box
   Odalis meets Andrew's new slave, Alejandra Santus? and asks her about her time in Salsola.
7. fast and furious
   Odalis and Khael Lykoi share a spicy moment.
8. [m] out of luck
   Odalis meets a stranger who she mistakes as a member of Salsola. Aiden Blacksun? rescues her.

July

   Odalis and Elphaba? share a moment that is unusually nice.

August

   Odalis and Khael have an altercation that forces the fire in Odalis to fight back as Khael tries to teach her a lesson.

   Odalis meets with Alejandra Sanctus and tries to teach her about gardening.

   Odalis discovers a vial of poison hidden by long deceased Etoile Montgomery.

September

1. [m] caught in the strange
   Odalis does mushrooms and discovers a trail of blood left by a wounded deer.

   Odalis trains with Khael Lykoi in an effort to improve her defences.
3. tempt my trouble
   Odalis meets Evelyn de le Ulrich and is rather rude to her in the stable.

   Odalis tries to meet with Julius Valentine.

October

1. did we light too many matches
   Odalis meets Sebastien Stone, another indentured servant.
2. you, maker of contagion
   Odalis gets stuck in a trap and Clemtine Salcedo? helps her get free.
3. i trust no one, it's a habit
   Odalis distracts Andrew Winthrop with a false request of the Queen while Alejandra prepares to escape.
4. [m] it'll be alright if you let it
   Symre Rask takes out her rage on Odalis, leaving her wounded and in need of medical care. Luckily Khael Lykoi is there to assist.

December

1. a word to the wise when the fire dies
   Odalis and Clementine Salcedo pledge to work together to retaliate against Symre Rask.
2. i'm no fool
   Odalis meets Argive Hemlock and discusses what it means to be a servant.
3. [m] she couldn't remember their names
   Odalis realizes she has been in Salsola for an entire year. She and Elphaba find a body on the borders, and she is reminded yet again how terrible a life of freedom would be. Salsola is safe. Salsola is home?

   In an effort to get back at Symre Rask Odalis sleeps with her boyfriend at the time, Torin de le Poer while being caught in a snow storm.

February

   Odalis meets a big cat at the Last Supper, Margaux.
2. [m] you're no good
   During the Last Supper, Odalis prepares to poison Symre Rask with the poison she found earlier the previous year. During a conversation with Torin de le Poer she mixes up the cups, and in error poisons Brocade Valentine.
3. [m] the untold
   At the Last Supper, O'Riley? finds Odalis. They smoke together and call each other names - all while discussing her so-called future.

March

1. [m] i juggle all my personalities
   While wandering the border, Odalis finds Viridian Soul. Something drives her to tell the truth of her station - a strange thing indeed.
2. wars of faith
   Odalis steps beyond the border and Clementine Salcedo catches her.
3. [m] crazy on you
   Odalis and Baltasar Salcedo stalk poachers.
4. spirit of fire
   Odalis meets Cleome Valentine while gardening.

April

1. when skies are grey
   Odalis encounters some strange flowers from her past and inspects them with Argive Hemlock.

   Odalis explores the Market Place and is found by Torin de le Poer.

   Odalis is forced to face the wife of Khael Lykoi, Katinka Holt. They discuss cheese making.
4. now i stole the moon
   Odalis meets yet another free Salcedo. Lyra is sharp and pointy.

1. the voice of the emptiness below which tempts an lures us
   Odalis comes across O'Riley? who is seeking out Morrow? - the newest addition to Elphaba's tower.

   In the wake of one of Salsola's many weddings, Odalis seeks out Elphaba.

   Brocade Valentine releases a call to arms. Odalis and Khalifa? weigh in on the situation.
2. i can see the sun on the horizon
   In the wake of Symre's disappearance, Odalis is surprised at the sudden return of an old friend, Neith Heiwa.

   Odalis borrows a horse from the stables and runs into Krios Revlis.

   Odalis explores the tombes in Springhill and runs into another servant, Amos Gaines.

   Odalis meets Mendicant Kaimkillen and Silas del Morte.

   Odalis and Torin de le Poer hang out with Azalea Eternity and take her to the stone ships to tell spooky stories.

November

1. i don't belong no need to panic
   Odalis burns herself while putting out a small fire and is forced to seek out medical attention. Argive Hemlock helps tend to her wounds.
2. on this road you will fade
   Odalis tries to convince O'Riley? to take her beyond the borders. He says she needs to get the Queens permission.

December

1. [m] may their carbon given be an echoing hymn
   Odalis attends another Saturnalia celebration, watching the offering with some disdain.

   Odalis meets newcomer Cole Eachan? and they inspect the horses together.

   Odalis attends a Last Supper. Torin flirts with her and she waves him off - opting instead to listen to the speeches in broody silence. Somehow she is crowned the 'Lord of Discord.'
3. [m][Saturnalia] spin the bottle
   Odalis is crowned the 'Lord of Discord' and prompts a game of spin the bottle.
4. [m][Saturnalia] long you live and high you fly, but only if you ride the tide
   Odalis is found by O'Riley? as the celebrations come to a close, and Odalis challenges him. This results in the beginning of a strange and twisted relationship as they make out in the dark.
5. threadbare
   Odalis meets with Taffetta Valentine and Velour Valentine. Odalis teaches them how to smoke properly and it is apparent that they have been trading for secret cigarettes for some time.
6. i got eyes on the back of my head
   Odalis celebrates her birthday.
7. just in case i have to run
   Odalis has a mysterious conversation with Adelia and is then met by Silas del Morte.

February

1. the otherside
   Inspired by her time as the Lord of Discord, Odalis decides that it is time to take control of her life and escapes out into the neutral territories, where she meets Sloan Stromberg.

March

1. you
   Spurred to become more indepependent, Odalis is shocked to discover her Cousin, Tiamat Amaranthe in the neutral territories. She is brought back to the womans camp and meets another Onuban. She struggles with how to explain her position and chooses to hide that she is a servant in Salsola.
2. did we lie in the soil with our arms and legs tangled up
   Odalis meets Iomair, the King of New Caledonia while out exploring the neutral territories. She is surprised to find him alone, and a strane friendship develops as they arrange sword fighting lessons.

April

1. silence is all i have now
   Odalis ponders her meeting with Tiamat. Everything seems changed and she is still trying to figure out what she wants from Salsola.
2. [m] demonic activity
   Odalis and O'Riley? have been meeting in secret since their dalliance at the Saturnalia feast - meeting in a secret cabin far from Salsolas borders. On this occasion a strange man finds them, and Odalis is faced with a decision to take his life.

There is a surprise in the tower. Elphaba? confronts Odalis, suspecting that the girl is up to something. Morrow? is forced to assist, but discovers nothing.

Odalis is attacked by a stallion in the neutral territories and is rescued by Kyrios Lykoi.

   Salsola celebrates its 10th year. Elphaba? announces a riddle for the pack to solve. A week of festivities is to follow.

   Odalis partakes in a barter with Duncan de le Poer, and a grown Azalea Eternity appears to cheer her on.
3. stories from the labyrinth
   The end of the weeklong celebration is culminated in a grand Last Supper. During the speeches, O'Riley? collects Odalis and brings her to the Queen - who with a dagger cuts her collar and proclaims that she is free, free at last! Odalis is shocked and uncertain what to make of this sudden change in her standing. In retaliation she kisses Elphaba in front of everyone. She begins her life anew as a Serf.

June

   Odalis finds a new home in Millstone Village and sets off to find a drink in the pack stores.
2. smoke and broken mirror
   Odalis takes to wandering more freely, and comes across a familiar face from her past - Alejandra Sanctus.
3. all is soft inside
   Julius Valentine returns from a time away in Portland.
