Late August, 2015, she left Casa di Cavalieri with her two children and traveled to Freetown, where she provided protective services to traders who needed it. Following the meteor crash, she was separated from her two children and traveled back to Nova Scotia. She does not know if River and Malcolm are alive or not.
Valerie would be great for knocking some sense into a character. She's really good at punching people.
Casa di Cavalieri members may assume and reference the following without discussion/asking:
Seeing her feeding the livestock around Casa, primarily the chickens.
Seeing her in one of the training rings practicing.
Species: Primarily wolfish build, although she is not without her coyote-like qualities. Longer legs and a smaller size pay homage to her mother's species.
Fur: Thick, medium-length fur that is somewhat coarse in texture due to her coyote heritage.
Optime Hair: Extremely long and thick hair that comes down past her waist. Styled with bangs that fall near the left side of her face. Generally held up in a pony-tail or braided.
Facial Features: Primarily wolf with subtle hints of coyote in the slight narrowness of her muzzle and larger, rounded ears.
Build and Size:
Lupus: Primarily holding the appearance of a wolf, although long legs and slightly larger ears hint at coyote blood.
Optime: Somewhat tall with a muscled build from years of training. She is not without her curves, and is fairly busty although not extremely so. She would be more intimidating if she were taller.
Humanization: Very high level of humanization. Always wears some sort of accessory or clothing.
Valerie is primarily Woodsmoke (#111213).
A mask-like marking on her face is colored Gondola (#060404).
Another Gondola (#060404) marking comes in the form of a cape on her back.
Eyes: Her eyes are bright Candelight (#F9D310).
Optime Hair: Her optime hair also Gondola (#060404).
Nose and Paw Pads: Her nose and pawpads are plain Black (#000000).
Scars: No scars
Two silver rings in her lower right ear.
A moon tattoo on her right shoulder to represent the moon half of Casa's leadership (the position her mother held).
A sun tattoo on her left shoulder to represent the sun half of Casa's leadership (the position her father held).
you can stick more description about their humanization and how they practice it here. or don't! by the way, you might want to adjust the cell widths here: 33/33/33 gives you even columns etc. do the math out of 100% of course :D
Jewelry and Accessories
and another something
85 lbs(xx kg) — 32 in(xx cm) ::
Lean and bearing resemblance of a wolf with the occasional coyote qualities. Thick, soft fur that becomes more of a burden during the summer months. This form is rarely used, although she does shift down more often than most humanized luperci.
148 lbs(xx kg) — 42 in(xx cm) ::
Bulky and werewolf like. She is a hulking monster, holding hardly any feminine qualities in this form. She seems almost closer to lupus than optime, her paws lacking most hand-like qualities. Utilizes this form often for hunting and travel without her horse.
188 lbs(xx kg) — 6ft 5in(77 in / xx cm) ::
Tall and bulky. Curvaceous form accented by muscles obtained by years of difficult training. She stands with a fairly humanized posture; her back is straight and her stance is often proud. This form is used far more often than her others.
Speech: Talks without an accent and is generally fairly friendly around her packmates and other canines. Uses 'minor' curse words in casual conversation (damn, hell, etc.). She can be very formal, depending on the circumstances, and yells a lot when she is angry.
Scent: Smells of Casa di Cavalieri, earth, and others. Presently smells of milk as well.
Quirks, Gestures, Etc.: No unique quirks, gestures, or the like, excluding the occasional twitch of ear, nose, or tail.
General Posture and Body Language: Generally stands defensively with her arms crossed and feet spread apart, ready to jump into action if needed. She has a somewhat 'tough' appearance. She is also fairly expressive with her hands when speaking.
Proving herself to others has and always will be a primarily motivator for her. She refuses to be seen as weak and will do everything she can to keep others from viewing her as such.
Her children are additionally of extreme importance to her and she would kill to protect them.
Valerie fears being seen as weak above all else. She does not fear mediocre things. She refuses to display any type of weakness around others to avoid risking them seeing her as weak.
Describe your character's spirituality. What do they believe? Do they believe in (a) higher power(s)? Do they perform rituals? What do they believe after death? Do they have a creation myth? Maybe this section is long enough to require more space.
Packs: She isn't fond of Salsola and Anathema because of their practices in slavery, although the dislike is directed towards the pack's customs and not the pack's members.
Species: No species bias, although she thinks jackals are a bit creepy.
Non-Luperci: She doesn't exactly dislike non-luperci and respect the fact that they don't want to become luperci, although she thinks that they are somewhat useless.
Age: Older canines can't fend for themselves and should be protected, and same for the young.
Kinsey 3: Equally heterosexual and homosexual.
Valerie is not exactly fond of the idea of a long-term romantic partner. She is more interested in short-term relationships or one night stands. Commitment is something she fears. Yet, if she meets the "right person", these beliefs might change.
Education and Learning: Valerie has spent nearly her entire life training in combat as she works towards joining the Brotherhood in Casa.
Hand-to-hand (Journeyman): Hand-to-hand comabt is one of Valerie's main forms of combat, seeing as she practices it most.
Swordsmanship (Apprentice): She hasn't learned much about handling a sword although recently has been trying her hand at it and finds that she likes it a lot more than swinging around her fists and a dagger.
One of Valerie's main weaknesses when it comes to battle is her occasional sloppiness. When sparring with others, she is over-confident and also makes mistakes. Although she is trying to keep her laziness at a minimum, it is a habit that she will have a difficult time breaking.
Education and Learning: Valerie has learned about sheep, chickens, and the like from Cavalier Clara Bates.
Skill (Master): describe skill
Skill (Master): describe skill
Valerie can get impatient with the animals which sometimes causes her to yell at them, which probably isn't a good experience for the livestock.
blah blah blah
