Charlotte Winthrop (sh-AH-r-luht win-THRUP) is a member of Del Cenere Gang, currently ranked as a Las Brasas.

She is the daughter of Dahlia Winthrop and Boone Winthrop along with her littermates: Roanoke Winthrop, Raleigh Winthrop, and Fletcher de le Poer. She is the second youngest of the four, beaten by brother her brothers in the age department. Growing up in Palisade, she lived a bit of a life of notoriety, as she was born to one of Palisade's prominent houses. Despite living here all her life, she'd heard many stories about Del Cenere Gang, the place told to be their true home, from many other members of her family residing in Palisade with them. She'd always loved listening to these stories, and told herself she would go to the Gang one day.

While growing up, she spent a fair amount of time with her mother, helping her with hunting and preparing the meals that were brought home. Perhaps a bit stereotypical, but she didn't really mind all that much. She wasn't much for her mother's interest in making drinks, but collaborated with Roanoke's farming, and Raleigh's training to take over as the head of the house to get items that normally wouldn't be readily able to work with. She greatly enjoyed combining foods, and making them taste very good.

Little over a year and a half later, shortly after her brother left to go to the Gang, Charlotte decided she was going to go as well... even if she wasn't entirely sure where to go. She'd asked her parents before leaving, and was soon making her way there. Along the way, She bumped into Bellamy Butler, a blind and hard of hearing woman who claimed she was out looking for her brother. Recognizing that Bellamy didn't take into account she would be traveling on her own, and having a hard time with basic needs, she agreed to travel along with her, at least until they both made it to Del Cenere. She handled most of the hunting and cooking for the both of them, something she didn't mind handling at all.

Currently, Charlotte is traveling to Del Cenere Gang with Bellamy, both of them growing closer as friends while they do so. She's eager to get 'home' as she called it, seeing as that was where everyone in Palisade had mostly originated from, as well as to meet up with her own brother and grandfather. She hopes that her company will also be able to find her family member so she won't have to keep traveling alone.

Plot Opportunities

Her brother, Roanoke joined Del Cenere Gang not too long before she turned up... and her older brother/half brother just left to go back to Palisade. Wonder what she, and for the matter, what others might think of that.
She came back in the company of someone else. They seem to be getting along well. Curious to see the two of them getting along and learning about them.
In need of a meal or a hunt cleaned? Charlotte is your gal.

Physical

Charlotte's looks come from both sides of her family, which is full of coyotes. Her muzzle is much more narrow. Her ears are rounded, and much smaller, the only show of her small bit of wolf heritage. Her body is much leaner, typical of most coyotes. Her tail is thinner, but a bit longer than normal. Due to her mother's side of the family, she's smaller than most others within her family.

Her coloration is a mix of both sides of her family, though she sticks out more than her siblings. Most of her body is covered in shades of brown, something she gets mostly from her grandparents rather than her parents. She has light cream markings along her muzzle, neck, back, and tip of her tail; as well as rosy blaze along her face, and markings along her limbs, both of which come from her mother. Her eyes are green in color. When in optime, she grows long, darker brown locks. Sometimes, she will have parts of her hair braided, but is otherwise left straight.

Clothing & Other

Though Del Cenere is mixed when it comes to humanization, Charlotte falls on the humanized side, though what she wears is usually pretty minimal and simple. If she can help it, she tries to avoid wearing anything that would cover her arms, as when she is working with prey, it can get a little messy sometimes. She'll usually wear simple pants to go with her tops. If it is for a special occasion, then she'll wear something nicer, usually made for her by Bellamy.

Speech: Charlotte has a bit of a 'yippy' tone in her voice, just by being a coyote. Because of her size, she can tend to speak louder than others, making sure she's not being ignored. Her tone is usually very kind and understanding.

General Posture and Body Language: Charlotte tends to have a much more dominant stance with her posture, likely due to her small size. It's a means of making sure she is taken seriously. Her body will be mostly relaxed, though if she feels in a tense situation, her hands will usually move to her hips, or cross. When she is working, she'll tend to sway in place, being 'in the groove' as it were.
