1. Synopsis

Page (payj) Whitesage is the daughter of Phoenix Whitesage and June. She was born July 27, 2021 in Sedona, Arizona on her family's cattle ranch along side her siblings, Bisbee, Nogales, and Winslow.

After her sister Bisbee set off to find their father's old pack, Del Cenere Gang, to the Northeast in the Winter of 2021, Page and her other siblings decided to follow in her footsteps and made the journey across country as well with the aid of her horse, Iowana. She made his way to the outpost town of Palisade where she currently resides working as a ward beneath the Winthrop household. One day she may join Del Cenere herself, though, for now, she remains in Palisade and stays in regular contact with Bisbee via letter.

2. Appearance

Basics

Page looks almost entirely doggish - only the tapering of her slender muzzle and the carriage of her tail give away her Coyote heritage. She has typical feminine features, with hooded eyes and a soft jawline.

Page’s fur is kept sleek and clean as far as possible. While she isn’t averse to some grubbiness, she likes to pamper herself every now and then. Page owns a handful of clothing items: some from the ranch she was born on and some picked up on her travels.. On sunny days she often dons a cowgirl hat. She has a (very) small jewelry collection but often has a feather, a flower or a stem tucked into her mane.

Her colouring, like her siblings, is a splish splash patchwork of red merle, while her underside is pale. The most solid patches of red can be found on her face, ear tips, and spine, while the fur around her eyes is a deep chocolatey shade. Her eyes are a pale, citric yellow. Page’s nose and paw pads are a warm chocolate brown.

She’s short, topping out at 5’4” in Optime form, which she uses most of the time. While her height is diminutive, Page is no matchstick: she has curves, with a bottom hourglass figure. Page has always had an active lifestyle and the busy days of tending to the ranch in her youth have made her fit, with a strong core and muscular legs. Page carries herself with confidence and purpose despite her small stature. She's capable of moving with grace but that isn't always evident.

3. Personality

While Page isn’t cold as such, she likes to reserve judgement until someone has proven their worth - be that in their skillset or their willingness to learn. As a teacher, Page isn’t the easiest to impress but she lets her students know when she’s proud of them. She’s hardworking and expects others to work just as hard - but she isn’t always gentle in expressing that expectation.

She’s openly affectionate with family members and a select few friends but has little interest in romance at this point in her life. She certainly likes looking at beautiful Luperci and would lap up any attention given to her. Page might flirt casually - she might even indulge in a one night stand in the future - but would draw a firm line before she became intimately involved in someone’s life. While she’s still young, she likes having independence. Page likes to set her sights and goals high and is tenacious in working for opportunities that might benefit her and her siblings.

Growing up on a cattle ranch, Page has stared down a cow or two; she tends to stand her ground - sometimes beyond the point of reason. Like much of her family, she has a hard time backing down from a challenge or a fight. Despite her aloof nature, Page would give her life for family or her students.

Description

Distinctive Appearance: A robust mustang grade mare on the largest side of the breed scale, belying her mixed genes. She lacks any definitive or distinctive markings, and the lack of corn marks in her roan coat indicates overt care in her appearance.
Personality: Sure footed, fast. Nippy, eager to work and sometimes unaware of how big she is.
