- On-board family relationships are not yet developed, however, it's anticipated that Solène may have a somewhat rocky or uncertain relationship with her siblings at the start.
- Relationships may be colored by comparisons drawn between her and her siblings by her mother, Sofia Ardoix.

- Impulse decisions are expected of young characters! There is plenty of room for growth, learning, and development.

| Synopsis

A disappointment, a runt, an imperfect Ardoix - Solène Ardoix (souh-lEHN ar-dWAH) spent the formative and young months of her life striving for excellency and impossible standards set by her mother, Sofia. Born alongside two brothers, Bérenger and Laurent, the trio of affluent bastards lived a somewhat lavish life in the lap of the Ardoix household, with plenty of overlap with close Braithwaite allies - at least, at the surface level. Beneath this idyllic exterior, the siblings grew up embroiled in resentment, nurtured by an almost cutthroat nature of competition vying for their mother's favor. Where this drew Bérenger and Solène somewhat closer to one another due to their shared chagrin within Sofia's eyes (and bonded over a mutual irritation over the obviously spoiled Laurent), they nonetheless bickered ceaselessly once outside of the public eye.

Solène desperately wishes that she were someone else, or at least something more.
As the runt of the litter, her diminutive size resulted in underdeveloped expectations and regular underestimation on behalf of her family around her, and, given the physical limitations of her smaller stature, she spent much of her time frustrated by the barriers life set before her that she could not control. However, having to learn to compensate this disadvantage has given her an intuitive, inventive, and clever mind; Determined and ambitious to a fault, she learned quick ways to circumvent obstacles, but she could never quiet hone this craft into something to prove impressive to her mother.
Suffocated by lack of achievement and rebellious as most youth are, she seeks to follow rumors and the footsteps of her well-to-do siblings within Del Cenere.

Small, stringy, awkward, gawky - all words fittingly describe the growing Solène and her petite stature. She's long-limbed and somewhat willowy, yet short, and undeniably pointy with the sharpness of her muzzle, the almond shape of her eyes, and her tall, narrow ears. It's her northeastern coyote heritage which offers a saving grace to the otherwise severe angles and lines which comprise the young Ardoix, softening her edges with a plush coat through cooler months that blows out smoother (if somewhat wispy) come summertime.
One would think that her dark mask, more neutral-toned coat, or golden eyes would mark her favorably amongst the Ardoix, especially considering the transgressive appearance of her mother, Sofia, yet her mother's hyper-criticality has undermined any confidence she has in her outward expression, and as such, she's prone to experimenting with her looks to attempt and carve a niche for herself.
