1.  Winners

1.1  January - Nikamew Sycamore

Born and raised in a feral pack, Nikamew Sycamore found himself at odds with his community when his ability -- and desire -- to shift became more prominent during adolescence. When conflict led to his family's displacement, Nikamew again found himself the odd man out. Unwilling to turn the other cheek, he left his family behind to strike out on his own. His travels eventually brought him to 'Souls, where he discovered many other Luperci lived. When he heard rumors of a feral group, Nikamew decided to seek them out. Will he find a new place where he can truly belong?

1.2  February - Arran Fir-Chlis

A delightful character whose adventures throughout his time on the forum and who truly exemplifies the "doggy" aspect of Luperci, this month's Spotlight Soul is Arran Fir-Chlis. A tried and true Caledonian, Arran recently completed his Grand Quest to earn the title of Shepherd. When he's not tending to his flock, Arran serves as a comfort-companion and gardener. He especially loves to play ball! While he sent his family away for their safety, he remained to defend his pack to the bitter end. With any luck, he'll be able to reunite with them soon.

1.3  March - Parzival

A very unique character takes the Spotlight this month -- Parzival! A mountain lion who has been raised by and lives alongside Luperci in Casa di Cavalieri, Parzival has been a steadfast figure among his pack. Despite his obvious differences, the determination to be not merely but acknowledged but a true part of his home has led Parzival to rise among the ranks of his Luperci peers. A fierce defender of his pack, it was only recently that Parzival took his formal oath of allegiance to the Brotherhood, becoming a knight. Despite rising to such a lofty position, Parzival walks a thin line between his natural inclinations (and, compared to Luperci, limitations) and the expectations that go along with his new title. His rare perspective on the world makes for an interesting take, and it seems certain that Parzival's adventures will continue to be a delight to follow!

1.4  April - Sabriel Kali

A newcomer to Salsola who has begun settling in and finding a place for herself, Sabriel Kali is a healer and craftswoman. After defying her father following his brutal act of tyranny to seize control of their pack, Sabriel was forced to flee her homeland. During her time in exile, Sabriel had several fortuitous meetings with locals who pointed her towards like-minded folk in the Thistle Kingdom. After several months within Salsola, and fully recognized by her new pack, Sabriel seems intent on joining the mystical order of witches that make up Salsolan's coven. Driven by connections to the past she herself does not fully understand, and prone to seeing strange visions, Sabriel now has the foundation she needs to expand her skills and learn more about her ancestral connections to the region. What will she discover?

1.5  May - Maria Soledad

This month's Spotlight Soul is Maria Soledad! A woman who has roamed far and wide, Maria traveled to the area in her younger years but did not remain for long. Her travels took her up and down the eastern seaboard of North America, though this coyote could never find a place to truly call home. As the years ticked on, Maria's journey brought her back to the north. Older and still seeking the companionship and home she was never able to find, word of mouth soon led Maria to the Del Cenere Gang. Will this be the place she was looking for?

1.6  June - Tor Wolfe-Knight

Tor Wolfe-Knight is this month's Spotlight Soul! So much is happening in this yearling's life, from training, to meeting people new and old, to figuring out what her role in her pack will be as an adult... and how is she supposed to come to grips with the fact that her dead brother isn't dead after all?
