OOC Information

Crocus Clearwater (CROH-Cuss) is a member of Del Cenere Gang, ranked Oscura. She is bound to her mistress Anya Southpaw until her debt is paid off or her mistress sees fit to release her.

Crocus was born in 2020 as the only child to a mother indebted to a master who loved her dearly. Their relationship was a secret until their daughter was born and their forbidden tryst could no longer be kept covered up. As punishment the head of the household killed her mother and banished her father. Crocus knew only the servants life from the get-go. She was given to a wet nurse, and as soon as she was old enough, was trained in manners, obedience and servitude. By the time she could shift, Crocus had barely spoken five words her entire childhood, only following instructions and demands as they came flying at her with silent curtseys, bows and nods of her head. It was the only life she knew.

At age two she was sent off to Palisade to be Chattel for one of the prominent families there: the Braithwaites. She worked in the household there always longing to learn more about and work with the animals and on the ranches she saw all around her but never got any actual exposure to such work. Finally she was sent away to Del Cenere Gang where she was given over to her new mistress, Anya Southpaw. She is still learning her place among the Ashen and figuring out where she stands under Miss Southpaw's rule.

Largely doggish. A mix of golden retriever, poodle, and sheepdog, she'd best be described as a "Goldendoodle" or a Sheepadoodle". She has long, thick fur, off white-golden color and eyes of a beautiful lavender color. Her hair is cropped messy and short, she keeps her bangs pinned out of her face with a pin and wears a purple bandana while working.

Summarized: Quiet, obedient, demure

Crocus is probably the best kind of chattel one could ask for. She is very rarely disobedient and learns things quickly, not often needing to be told or shown twice. She is eager to please and just the right kind of submissive. She is quiet, doesn't speak much at all but is a great listener. Her eyes are very expressive however, if you can mange to get her to look straight at you. She does not express opinions and does not challenge authority. She's here to work and pay off the debts of her family and hopes to one day be free. Although, she has no idea what she would do with herself once free...
