Although still young, Florencia has experienced the Wheel of Fortune, she has seen respect and honour and also poverty and violence. She has a taste for riches, but the hard-working attitude of someone who has had to fight for herself. She is quick witted and capable of using flattery, flirtacious behaviour or threat as comes necessary to her. At her core, there is an ambition for the style of life that was promised to her as a child and reinforced at her bethrothal. However, that the achievement of such will take time is something Florencia has accepted.

Brought up to be a lady, Florencia is typically well-mannered and obeys the rules of decorum that have been set out for her. She is respectful of hierachy, but not blind to the dangers of power. Power, she believes, does not itself corrupt, but instead reveals the character within. Fundamentally she has a kind and charitable heart, especially to those she deems less fortunate than herself. However she will not tolerate stupidity.

Although she avoids direct conflict where possible, especially with men, and abhors unnecessary violence, when pushed, Florencia is not beyond extreme violence, although this is most likely to be committed through deception and stealth rather than head on.

Having had few close friends, Florencia is unaccustomed to genuine interactions of friendship. She seeks out companionship for practical reasons or for temporary enjoyment with no expectation of long time loyalty. She expectes others to be motivated by purely selfish reasons.
