• Abilities: Stocky for a thoroughbred, this horse has spent a year mainly being used to carry heavy loads but is ill-suited to being a pack horse. He has skills in endurance and speed as is usual for his breed, and is reasonably well trained for a stallion.

    • He can "pony on" with trail rides, and be led from another horse, but behaves better alone.
    • He is rider trained, but ill suited to a novice rider. He would suit a rider with experience and perhaps a stronger/taller rider.
• Personality: This stallion is friendly but hard to control around mares. He gets along best with geldings he can boss around and doesn't take kindly to other dominant stallions. He will listen to luperci, but has yet to find a master or mistress to dedicate his full attention and loyalty to.
• Description: Full thoroughbred, 17h, darker golden chestnut.

• One of the horses Louis Oegaire brought with him upon joining. Orange is named so because Louis could not be bothered to name him properly. He was a gift to the pack and anyone should be allowed to claim or ride him.

• Personality: Insufferably affectionate but a hard worker after she's been properly adored.
• Description: Dapple grey tobiano grade horse.

• Brought to Old Ironsides in September 2016 for trade.
• Brought back to Krokar in January 2017 pending an in-pack trade arrangement.
• Named by Milos Parhelion for her stony-grey markings.

Hagall

• Abilities: Riding
• Personality: Intermediate riders recommended. Hagall is energetic and intelligent, a quick learner and eager worker who needs to be constantly stimulated with a job to do. He is bold and friendly with Luperci, but less sociable with horses; he tends to be anxious in the presence of stallions and might even bully males he views as weaker out of paranoia, though he does well with mares. He is an extremely fast and agile horse, good for a quick ride, but tends to become bored if given a less "exciting" task like slow walks. He loves to do new things and reacts well to new stimuli, but sometimes bungles things before mastering them.

Jackson

• Abilities: General purpose work, such as pulling and plowing.
• Personality: A patient and experienced animal, Jackson is an obedient and hard worker. He is especially forgiving to Luperci unused to horses. He'll tolerate being sat on, but he isn't really trained for riding.
• Description: Jackson is a grade horse of indeterminate breed. He is a very dark bay pinto, as to be near black -- however, darker points on his legs show that he is a bay.

• Originally named Jack, his name was changed to Jackson in order to avoid confusion with their caribou, Jack.

• Viola was born to Narcisa in 2009.
• Both Narcisa and Viola were 'borrowed' by Nivosus Moineau, who later 'gifted' his stolen horses onto Leonardo Auditore in February 2012.
• Re-encountering Leonardo, Nivosus was given ownership of Viola once more, who has now been trained by Leonardo.
• After some time together, it became apparent Viola was not the mare for him, as such was given as a communal mare in November 2014 to the pack Sapient.

Anyu

• Abilities: Anyu is trained for pulling a cart or sled. She is most comfortable working with Noatak.
• Personality: Sweet and mild-mannered, Anyu is a sucker for treats and does well when spoken to softly. She tends to shy around those she doesn't know, but with plenty of encouragement (treats), she will easily warm up to a new face. Anyu can become skittish and anxiety ridden if separated from Noatak.
• Description: Average sized, Anyu's name, which means "snow", has been derived from her pelt. She is the palest of the caribou herd, just shy of being considered albino.

• Gave birth to her first calf, Amaris, in June 2015 (communal). Was sired by Noatak.

Jack

• Abilities: Jack is good for pulling a sled in the winter, or a cart in the summer. Being trained with a saddle.
• Personality: He has quite a lot of energy and likes being around Luperci. Jack still hasn't learned his place in the herd and can oftentimes be seen challenging Isku to dominance battles, which he unfortunately often fails.
• Description: Jack is on the large end of the caribou weight range and has a scar forming on his left flank from getting injured during the flood.

Jill

• Abilities: Jill is trained for pulling a cart or sled.
• Personality: She is a bit shy and tends to approach after other caribou do. She has seemed to warm up to Magnolia over the past few months, and tends to be a little more outgoing around the more sociable caribou female.
• Description: She is the smallest of the herd.

• Brought to Krokar in 2014 when the original group moved to 'Souls.
• Gave birth to a female calf named Alasie in mid June 2015.

Malina

• Abilities: Malina is trained for pulling a cart or sled. She is being trained with a saddle.
• Personality: Energetic and friendly, the caribou named after the Sun Goddess, is picked often for a 2-4 caribou cart or sled as she works well with others. She is protective of her first calf now yearling, but not to an aggressive state.
• Description: On the bigger side of the females, Malina is oftentimes mistaken for a male.

Noatak

• Abilities: Noatak is trained for pulling a cart or sled. Can be saddled and rode.
• Personality: Calm and steady as the River he's named for, Noatak is the most passive of the males and quite friendly and curious towards luperci. The only time he tends to get aggressive is when other males approach Anyu who he's seemed to imprint on.
• Description: Second largest of the herd, Noatak is a gentle giant, hardly imposing his height or brawn with any of the other caribou.

• Description and Personality: The chickens are a bit skittish around sudden movements, but are generally tolerant and a bit pushy come feeding time. They provide a constant source of eggs and meat for the pack, since they reproduce so quickly.

Goats

• Description and Personality: The goats seem to have one-track minds: food. They can be a bit mischievous at times and some of them have a natural gift at escaping from the pasture.

  • Billy: Very protective of his herd, Billy has the tendency to become agitated if new faces come too close to his progeny. He has been in Krokar since its foundation in 2014.
  • Edith: Born in 2016 to Billy and Amara, Edith is a little bit of a firecracker with traits from both of her parents. She can be quite noisy and rather enjoys headbutting unsuspecting Luperci.
  • Jean: Mild and simple, Jean goes along with whatever the other goats get themselves into. She loves caring for the younger goats. She has been in Krokar since its foundation in 2014.
  • Tilda: Tilda was one of the first kids born in Krokar to Billy and Jean. She is easy-going and quiet, like her mother.
• Does from Vinátta:
  • Arias: Calm, gentle, and everything nice. She tends to look after the other goats, but has a bit of a mean streak if provoked. She does best around youngsters and male luperci rather than females. Scared to jump over things.
  • Ehwaz: A bit of a wallflower. She is submissive and shy, but also eager for attention. She wants nothing more than to please others. Unfortunately, she can be skittish and spooks easily.
  • Gerda: Sired by Magni. Her name means "Twig". She loves attention and treats, and is unafraid of Luperci, horses, or anything else in the stables.

• One buck (Billy) and one doe (Jean) were brought to Krokar in 2014 when the original group moved to 'Souls. The rest were born there.
• Billy and Jean had 4 kids (2 bucks, 2 does) in September 2014.

Cattle

• Description and Personality: The cows are generally happy to live and let live, but they can get testy if pushed. Krokarans would be wise to exercise caution when around them. The hairy cows, Mable and Nutchat, are considered more valuable than the others; they are used strictly for their hair and milk and are not to be culled.
• Uses: Milk, Meat, Hides, Manure, Hair
• Cattle from Sapient:
  • Tsinka: A black and white spotted cow with a very gentle, friendly demeanor. She gave birth to a female calf in February 2017.
  • Marlowe: An aggressive black bull. While under Midnight Shores' ownership, he sired a female calf to Tsinka, a female calf to Drosofer in Casa di Cavalieri, and a male calf to Gemma in Casa di Cavalieri.
  • Maude: A primarily-black heifer born in 2017 to Tsinka and sired by Marlowe. She takes more after her mother in temperament, though she has a little bit of a mischievous side about her.

• Description and Personality: Young and antsy, Azimuth has a short attention span but catches on to new things relatively quickly when you can get him to focus. He seems happy to please and has a friendly disposition.
• Uses: None yet; in training!

• Acquired by Milos Parhelion and Tierney Brádaigh from a loner in Jan 2016 in exchange for their help. While Tierney took two male hawks back to Sapient, Milos brought a male and female pair back to Krokar.

Gunda (Red-tailed Hawk)

• Abilities: Gunda can communicate some words in broken high speech.
• Description and Personality: Gunda has a quiet, calm demeanor and prefers to keep to herself. She is not unpleasant but does not seem to form strong attachments, positive or negative, very easily.
• Uses: Hunting, delivering messages, navigating, combat.

• Acquired during the Austringer Hostility in 2016.

Navi (Harris's Hawk)

• Description and Personality: Loud, assertive, and difficult, Navi is often challenging to handle and can be seen frequently dominating the smaller Azimuth. Thankfully, she does appear to be highly food motivated.
• Uses: None yet; in training!

• Acquired by Milos Parhelion and Tierney Brádaigh from a loner in Jan 2016 in exchange for their help. While Tierney took two male hawks back to Sapient, Milos brought a male and female pair back to Krokar.

Petra (Northern Goshawk)

• Abilities: Petra can communicate some words in broken high speech.
• Description and Personality: Outgoing and playful, Petra seems to enjoy the company of his Luperci caretakers but has little loyalty to them. He will obey commands but will not go above and beyond unless offered something exceptionally tasty in return.
• Uses: Hunting, delivering messages, navigating, combat.

He is very territorial and protective of his own, allowing only those in his "good graces" to enter the structure. However, sometimes his fancy for a character can change on a whim and it is recommended nobody trust this cat. Abbott can occasionally be bargained with or persuaded to allow access to the viable tobacco stores inside the barn. His requests range from easy to downright demented.

Catskill (Grey fox)

• Description and Personality: Catskill is a cool, calm, and cocky middle-aged grey fox. He often steals from Luperci (fish are his favorite) and can generally be found up in a tree, insisting it was all a joke. A prankster and too arrogant for his own good because of the years he's lived, Catskill has nonetheless forced himself into Krokar's lifestyle (much to their chagrin). Learn More?

• Born in Krokar territory, Catskill is private about his past but has had obvious bad run-ins with Luperci.
• Met Octavius in August 2014 and became bolder and more outgoing to the Krokarans under his "protection." When Octavius left, Catskill stayed.
• Later met Willow while she was mending a net.
