Nikolas McCreery was born in Dublin, Ireland, however, he spent very little of his life there. His parents, enamored by the idea of a new life across the ocean, moved relatively quickly after Nikolas and his brothers were born. They spent a few months in a port town before they moved to somewhere more remote, eventually joining a pack of dog-hybrids. Nikolas had a relatively normal and simple childhood growing up from then forward. He took up work as a local leather-worker, and eventually found love in a pretty Golden Retriever named Cara. The pair had two litters before Nikolas lost his wife to an attack by a rabid Loner. His children having grown up and moved on, Nikolas saw the need for a change of scenery and a way to not spiral into crippling depression. He set out on journey north, eventually winding up in Nova Scotia. He met a few of the locals there, and eventually joined Krokar where he was ranked as a Riparian. He became good friends with Elias Blueridge during his time in the pack.
He played a minor role during the Familia Sugit Conflict when Krokar's ally, Sapient was threatened. Nikolas was part of the group that went to Sapient to help bolster their defenses, and, when the Gang made a final assault on Sapient, Nikolas gave his life to protect Sapien Skana Creo.

Appearance
- Species: Without a doubt, he's a dog.
- Fur: Medium-short, sheds water very well
- Facial Features: Large head, broad muzzle; more white around his muzzle and eyes
- Build and Size: Average in height; he's on the heavy side of lean, though this may only appear so because of his larger bone mass and overall muscle structure.
- Lupus: Thick neck, overall lean body. His Secui is an echo of this.
- Optime: Solid, and while not overly muscular, it's obvious that he's worked for a living and has some noticeable toning in his upper torso. Broad shoulders.

- Cut near his left eye from a flying piece of splintered wood
- Nick in his right ear from a border skirmish
- One mark along his right shoulder from a wolf's canines that he caught trying to force himself onto Nikolas' daughter

Personality
A learned old man with a warm heart. Nikolas is a patient individual with a heart of gold. He is willing to help those who could benefit from his many life experiences, and is never one to leave someone behind if he can help it. He's hardworking and diligent, loyal, and courageous. He is protective of those that need it, and is someone that often tries to look over one's faults to see the best in them.
