1.  Appearance

While he may have the physical build and appearance of a coyote, Bael's coloration is a dead giveaway that he is not a pure-blooded one. He is mostly onyx in coloration, though, may appear more of a rich, dark, chocolate brown in the summer months due to sun bleaching. He has grey coming in around his muzzle, making him look older than he really is (much to his frustration). His front legs are dipped in an ivory white all the way up to his elbows. The color only goes up as far as to color his toes on his back feet. Over all, Bael is rather lithe in build, with a body meant more for speed than it is raw power. His fur may stick up more around his shoulders and above his hips, giving him a "wild" or more "feral" look to him. His eyes are a pale green color.

2.  Personality

Quirky, cheesy, playful, and youthful, Bael has a peculiar way of going about things that may not make sense to others, and is often cause for a good laugh. Which, Bael loves to do. He may do, say, or react to things in a purposeful way just go gain a laugh out of a clanmate. Bael loves to please others and be a part of a group, and would suffer emotionally if forced to return to the Loner lifestyle. He's usually a very chipper and upbeat fellow, and will often pretend to still be as much even things are glum.

He's quick to react, and just as quick to judge and speak his mind. However, he rarely has ill-intent, and merely doesn't think before he says something. He's fiercely loyal to the Clan and his clanmates, and will be quick to come to their defense (verbal and physical) if they are threatened. He generally has a good moral compass, but his inexperience and innocence may make him impressionable.

2.1  Trivia

  • Prefers Optime and Lupus forms
  • He is not a fan of wolves, and often finds them intimidating and bullies
  • He likes to eat with the ravens at mealtime
  • He prefers to eat his food in his Lupus/Secui forms, but will dine in his Optime form if necessary
  • He very much likes to steal food just for the thrill of being chased
  • He likes to be chased
  • He likes to run his pursuers into things (trees, ditches, traps, etc.)

3.  Skills

3.1  Strengths

  • Carpenter (Journeyman): He's good at whittling, he's good at making wood-based weapons (bows, staffs, etc.) and making lumber. His most bragged about talent though is making interlocking wood joints instead of using glue to keep two pieces of wood together (he's still trying to perfect this skill though for larger projects)
  • Quarterstaff (Journeyman): Bael's main method for fighting, he likes to hit things/Luperci randomly with it too though xD
  • Light Fighter (Apprentice-Journeyman): Not an expert, but can hold his own well enough. Bael is meant more for speed and a constantly-moving fight rather than an all out brawl, however.
  • Endurance / Speed: Bael's a natural runner, and has good endurance. ;) <-- I'm keeping it, Song.

3.2  Weaknesses

  • Diplomacy: Because he has a tendency to put his foot in his mouth, Bael is not someone you'd want to bring on a diplomatic mission with you (unless you're able to somehow leave his ass at the border). He's the type of Luperci that you'd want to have conveniently busy with other tasks when super-important company comes over.
  • Heavy Hitting: Unless you count a home-run style, bat-like swing from his quarterstaff as a "heavy" hit, Bael is not the man you want when dealing with a large opponent who brawls and wrestles bears for a living. His body is simply not built to take such heavy hits, and he would likely be more dazed/winded than useful if unable to dodge such blows.
  • Poor Decision-making: Still very much in his youthful years, he's the type of guy to jump to conclusions, and jump headlong into them too. A typical guy that leaps first and looks afterwards.
