2019 — The Nineteenth Year

Following the untimely deaths of several of their Sanctum members, Salsola launched an inquisition that carried on throughout much of the year. Throughout March, mysterious sightings of hairless creatures stealing clothing from hapless Luperci were reported in remote areas of the region. At the end of March, following weeks of torment and tragedy at the hands of a group of loners hellbent on revenge, Cour des Miracles disbanded after reigning for nearly 10 years. On June 12th, Del Cenere Gang formed and claimed their territory around the northernmost shores of Moosehead Lake. On August 17th, New Caledonia formed and claimed their territory in western Cape Acadia. Only a month after forming their new pack, New Caledonians began experiencing a number of mysteries within their newfound territory. Casa di Cavalieri hosts a diplomacy summit near the end of October, inviting representatives from every pack within their borders.

1.  Early 2019

1.1  January

• [M] 20 January: In an act of revenge, Silas Kasper, an ex-Boreas-turned-Salsolan-slave, murders his ex-master and Crone Loki Helsi after distracting him with the appearance of Loki’s lost son from the Inferni-Salsola War.
• 21 January: When a horrific murder is discovered outside of Salsolan lands, the Thistle Kingdom reads more into the loss – specifically naming a curse supposedly set against their pack. Elphaba Revlis instructs the highest ranking pack members to form an Inquisition, eager to find answers and justice. The Curse of the Sanctum begins.
• 31 January: After roaming in circles for several days in an unfamiliar territory, Degaré Ravencroft succumbs to the side effects of his kidney failure and dies.

1.2  February

• 8 February: Caspar and Daniel are born in Mistfell Vale.
• [M] Late February: Barracuda and Driftwood meet a Mistwalker who has a bone to pick with the Court. When the Tide Comes In begins.

1.3  March

• 1 March: Multiple reports of a mysterious hairless beast or beasts in remote areas of the region begin to surface. Rumors spread that it could be a human or a group of humans and that they're stealing and terrorising lone travelers, especially those with valuables such as clothing.
• 5 March: Skadi Eklund, Sindri Eklund, and Steinarr Niequist are born in Mistfell Vale.
• La Marea begins to operate in the Shattered Coast with the intent to destroy Cour des Miracles, prompting guerilla warfare with the pack that leaves multiple casualties.
• 20 March:
  • Thistle Cormier is born in Krokar.
  • 25 March: A final battle on leaves most of La Marea dead, ending When the Tide Comes In violently.
  • Ascher Stormbringer sufferes a traumatic brain injury which leads to an aneurysm, and quickly kills him.
• [M] 26 March: After an attempt to poison Kamari Kaiser leaves the master spy weakened by alive, an increasingly erratic Delfina attacks the Inquisitor outright. Her attempt to kill the younger woman is prevented by the other Inquisitors, who [M] arrive in time to save Kamari's life. Though she puts up a fight, Delfina is eventually restrained.
• 31 March
  • Cour des Miracles is disbanded and the former hotel is set on fire. Petite Cour forms in its place.
  • Zelda D'Acidic and Zansa D'Acidic are born in Mistfell Vale.

1.4  April

• 1 April: Pontifex Troy Lykoi, Rufus Lykoi, Eusebia Lykoi, and Raito Ulrich-Lykoi are born in Salsola.
• [M] 08 April: Salsola puts one of its own, Delfina Heiwa, on trial. For her crimes – including the murder of her own sister— she is sentenced to death. Her nephew carries out the punishment. Though several crimes are answered, the larger conspiracy remains unsolved.
• 19 April: Through The Valley begins.
• 21 April: Tora is born in Mistfell Vale.

2.  Mid 2019

2.1  May

• 7 May: Ankh D'Aabt dies of a suspected overdose.
• 30 May: Genkei Stryder is born in Casa di Cavalieri, alongside two siblings who do not survive.

2.2  June

• 12 June: Two loner groups, The Cartel and the Drygrass Posse, join together to form a new pack: Del Cenere Gang. They claim portions of the Branta Stretch, Canaan Bog, and Burnt Church Mountains near the northernmost point of Moosehead Lake.
• 15 June: The death of Solomon James brings Through The Valley to its conclusion.

2.3  July

• 14 July: Lotai Wolfe-Denahlii and Kjindrah Wolfe-Denahlii are born in Casa di Cavalieri.
• 22 July: Rafaela Tejada, Calhoun de la Cruz and Luciana Escuella are born in the Del Cenere Gang.
• [M] 27 July: In the Eastern Realms, Salsola finds the first tangible sign of proof of conspiracy — and the first confession.

2.4  August

• 17 August: A band of refugees from a far off land lay claim to Sugarloaf Resort and reestablish their home as a new pack, New Caledonia.

3.  Late 2019

3.1  September

• 13 September:
  • Ramsey is born in Mistfell Vale.
  • During the night of a full moon, Salsola's witches undertake [M] an ancient and primeval ritual, seeking fortune in the pack's hunt for the curse-maker.
• 26 September: Remy Debois is born in the neutral territories.
• 28 September: Nazar Blacksun and Mithra Blacksun are born in Salsola.
• 29 September: Fiorenza vin Vahn is born in Mistfell Vale.

3.2  October

• 1 October: Strange events begin occuring in New Caledonia.
• 18 October: Rhodes Winthrop and Lyla Winthrop are born in the Del Cenere Gang.
• 20 October:
  • Casa di Cavalieri hosts a diplomacy summit, inviting all of the packs in the region to attend.
  • Representatives from their packs arrive at Casa's fort, where they are welcomed by the leader of Casa di Cavalieri.
• 21 October:
  • The leaders of the packs of 'Souls hold a face to face meeting.
  • A grand feast and ball is held.
• 27 October:
  • The Petite Cour loner band is disbanded and the former members stay loners or join New Caledonia.
  • Keturah Lykoi and Kineret Lykoi are born in Salsola.
• 31 October: On orders from their leaders, members of Salsola are sent to investigate the presence of loners that have settled too close to their borders, and more specifically, to look for signs of dangerous witchcraft. While one group discovers suspicious family, the other finds a group of feral loners.

3.3  November

• 2 November: Convinced that the Outsiders their scouts discovered are worth questioning, Salsola's leadership organizes its members to capture the strangers for interrogation. Unfortunately, [M] both raiding [M] parties face resistance and are met with violence.
• 5 November: Smokecloud is born in the neutral territories.
• 24 November: Kalia D'Angelo is born in Mistfell Vale.

3.4  December

• Late December: The body of Scorpius D'Angelo is discovered by his son, Sidious Eternity, in the wilderness outside of Fort Preble. Due to his age and state of the scene, the death is presumed natural.
