2003 — The Third Year

While Jaded Shadows remained steady with Mordulin and Salvaged Eternity as the leaders, Silent Dawn rapidly cycled leaders, leading to its eventual demise at the tail end of the year. Although Salvaged Eternity was steady in his leadership role, outside of the pack, he was a torment to the lands—numerous rapes, murders, fights, and other such evils were perpetrated by the man. Celestial Hollow was founded, but due to its floundering leadership, it never truly took off, and was overtaken by an ambitious young female near the very end of the year.

1.  Early

1.1  January

• 12 January: There is an altercation involving a few wolves and coyotes in the Crystal Caverns. Shadowfax and Blitzaugen are attacked by Kesho Maisha and RiotYote.
• January 13: Ceres Sadira tells Salvaged Eternity of her rape by a coyote and impending pregnancy. Salvaged offers to present himself as the children's father, effectively adopting them so that Ceres does not have to tell them of their horrible conception or their half-coyote blood.
• 23 January: Sayna, Adan, Bran, Fiacha Aika, and Niamh are born in Jaded Shadows to the alpha, Mordulin Aika and the alpha male of Silent Dawn, Alorran. The children remain in Jaded Shadows, though they are regularly visited by their father.
• 31 January: The leadership of Silent Dawn, Romney and Nikki, begins to get lovey-dovey. ^[1]
• 31 January: VoidFane fights Salvaged Eternity.

1.2  February

• ~ February: Emerald Mist, Ravyn Stormbringer, and Freak Oriel found Celestial Hollow in the Haunted Forest.
• 03 February: Ceres Sadira has her children. Kiriska, Darkling Owl, Ashened, adoptive father Salvaged Eternity of Jaded Shadows show up. Ceres was unaware that Nirupama Rashmi had departed from Clouded Tears, and she attacks Darkling Owl, sending Salvaged to chase him out of the territory. Alphaship passes to Ashened, the remaining co-alpha.'
• 10 February: There is a Clouded Tears and Silent Dawn altercation. Ravyn Stormbringer is attacked by Nosferatu Traum and Romney. A loner, Tiku, joins the fray to defend Ravyn, until Tigra Sunbound also jumps in, outnumbering the pair of wolves.
• 15 February: Clouded Tears has a meeting.
• 28 February: Jaded Shadows has a pack hunt. Salvaged Eternity, Brechin Zarac, Couleuvre, Erin NewEve, Acisix, Chantajisto, Vatusia Keir Ilo, Sahkyo Adalia, and Raptor Diabolique are in attendance.

1.3  April

• Coyote Invasion Ends
  • There's really no culmination point or end for this plot; the coyotes settle down in Inferni and they're dealing with their own problems—a lack of interest, deaths, and personal tragedies plague some of the members, so after a while they're not so interested in going out and screwing with everyone else.
• ^MATURE:01 April: Salvaged Eternity rapes Taaktuq Piqaluyak.
• 05 April: Drama stuffs!
• ^MATURE:27 April: Zulifer Yfel is introduced to Yasu Zarah by Kaena Lykoi. Zarah and Kaena were very close and near-romantic prior to Kaena's sudden turnaround and relationship to Zuli.
• 27 April: Inferni has a meeting. Yasu Zarah, Arlo Xyl, Kaena Lykoi, Zulifer Yfel, Kesho Maisha, RiotYote, and Eclipse are in attendance. The clan discusses the recent acceptance of Zulifer, a wolf, to the clan. Tension between Zarah and Kaena is palpable.

2.  Middle

2.1  May

• 03 May: Acid, Scarlette Eve, Jipurah Naal, and Azzia Tao are born to Ceres Sadira in Clouded Tears. They are the product of rape by the coyote Mars.
• 26 May: Celestial Hollow has a meeting. Emerald Mist, Desalmada Velluda, Ravyn Stormbringer, Eden Cinders, Nirupama Noirci, Freak Oriel are in attendance.

2.2  June

• 16 June: Storm has a meeting. Stormy Blackwolf, Amalia, Shadowfax, Taaktuq Piqaluyak, Moondust Wolfen, VoidFane and Thyruik are in attendance. An unexpected event occurs; the former Beta wolf of Silent Dawn, Bloodblack, appears suddenly, and requests entrance to Storm for simple curiosity, though he truly was interested in the beta female of Storm, Taaktuq. Stormy grants him acceptance to the pack, and they eat. (and the reason this makes sense in light of the fact that Bloodblack is in both Storm & SD seemingly simultaneously is because back then we didn't care about timelines at allllll, seriously. ;P)

2.3  July

• July 14: Dawn-Tears War Ends
  • Faye becomes Alpha Female of Silent Dawn after the beta (her brother) Romney and the alpha, Alorran disappear. Nosferatu Traum, Tigra Sunbound, Xiomara Aurora, Aisha, Bloodblack, Nitro, Yamushi, Drusilla Ilysa Sangre, Kennedy, and Ilkhan are in attendance. Faye introduces herself as the Alpha Female and explains why she has the position--her blood relationship to Romney--and informs the pack that teamwork is necessary for proper pack functions. ^{[2], [3]}
• ~ Summertime: At some point, Romney returns from his absence and regains control of Silent Dawn. Faye departs for parts unknown.

2.4  August

• 04 August: A few wolves of Clouded Tears get together for a small meeting. Ceres Sadira, the beta female, discusses the state of the pack with Kiriska, the other beta. Nirupama Rashmi, who had recently returned to the pack, overhears Ceres' musings and shows up to apologies. Kiriska accepts, but Ceres cannot let it go just yet. ^[4]

3.  Late

3.1  September

• 09 September: Stormy Blackwolf and Nirupama Rashmi were reunited. Nirupama explains to Stormy why she had disappeared and what had happened to her in that time. She relays her return, and laments that Ceres, Noirci, and Ashened have yet to forgive her for leaving.
• 12 September: Mordulin called to the wolves of Jaded Shadows to ascertain who still remaied within the pack after a brief absence. MidnightFireBlaze, Salvaged Eternity, Adan, Erin NewEve, Gypsy, Vatusia Keir Ilo, Sahkyo Adalia, Chantajisto responded. Mordulin doled out promotions to the remaining wolves of the pack.

3.2  October

• 29 October: Stormy Blackwolf took Nirupama Rashmi from Clouded Tears. There was a minor confrontation between Stormy and Kiriska, Ashened, and Ceres Sadira, the three leaders of Clouded Tears. This ended quickly, however, and Stormy called a pack meeting, reintroducing Rashmi to the pack as the new Beta Female. Angus, Daituki Nasphrite, and Vixen attended. ^{3, [5]}
• 30 October: Celestial Hollow had a meeting. All three founding members of the pack disappeared, leaving a young wolf, Nirupama Noirci to lead the pack. Blue Radiance, Xuria Vihar, Akumu Rouyaken, Colibri Soul, Summer, Atlas, Dakota, Ketori, Crow Stormbringer, and Edles Pferd attend. Ravyn Stormbringer returns suddenly, Faelinn Oriel? is introduced as Freak Oriel's son. Ravyn is given her old rank; Faelinn is placed at Altester rank to prove himself first.

3.3  November

• 12 November: Romney and Nosferatu Traum were hunting when they encounter a cougar. It attacks them, and Romney is severely injured. Beta Nosferatu Traum rushes back to Silent Dawn, and he rallies them to try and recover their alpha. Aliat, Xiomara Aurora, Drusilla Ilysa Sangre, Nikki, Nitro, Tigra Sunbound, Kennedy, and Kirin attend, and they attempt to find Romney, but are unsuccessful and he is presumed dead. Control of the pack passes to Nosferatu.

3.4  December

• 03 December: Scarlette Eve of Clouded Tears gives birth to Nero Evan, Sepherian Azzia, Nereus, and Mercury Tao in Clouded Tears (?). The children are the product of rape by Mars, Scarlette's father.
• 15 December: Salvaged Eternity kills Zulifer Yfel in a fit of violent rage and jealousy, inadvertently sparking a rivalry between himself and Kaena Lykoi that would span the better part of five years. NOTE: Though the thread was started in August, we played it as if it was finished mid-December or something.
• 21 December: Maeryn Lykoi and Kerberos Lykoi are born in Inferni to Kaena Lykoi, just days after their father, Zulifer Yfel, was murdered by Salvaged Eternity of Jaded Shadows.
• 22 December*: Kaena Lykoi and Yasu Zarah discuss the death of Zulifer Yfel. Kaena tells Zarah she has left the children to Jaded Shadows, considering herself completely unfit for motherhood. Zarah and Kae then plot to take the children back to Inferni. ^[6]

• 26 December: Celestial Hollow has a puppy thread. Akumu Rouyaken, the pack's aufpasser (puppysitter), plays with Colibri Soul, Tainted, Atlas, Dakota, and Arkho.
• 27 December: Kiriska, Tarnished Desire, Jadis Adune hunt in Clouded Tears.
• ~December: Nosferatu Traum disappears from Silent Dawn, leaving it leaderless for a few days.
