1.  Appearance

Storm's appearance draws a great deal from his grey wolf genes, with a pelt of whites, tans, creams, darkening to grey and almost dark blue. His sides and underside of his muzzle are white, which extends to his cheeks and down his neck a little ways before blending seamlessly with cream. The top of his muzzle is an autumn tan which extends to his forehead. His eyes are the colour of a clouding winter sky, light blue with significant flecks of dark grey, and they are both framed with the black markings, drawing attention to the startling colour and expressiveness that resides in them.

Storm would never be accused of being the most physically imposing of specimens, standing as he does just under six feet in his optime form, but he is lightning quick and possessed of corded muscle, which isn't much to look at, but makes him a challenge in a scrap. His frame is slim and often gives the impression of movement even when he’s standing still.

His colouration in secui and lupus don’t change, but his stature do. Surprisingly, Storm appears a little more ferocious in his secui form and in lupus is indistinguishable from a wolf not infected with the lupreci virus.

2.  Personality

Storm often doesn't say a great deal, but his silence doesn't mean he's not expressive. His eyes, face and body speak volumes and he’s become greatly attuned to the body language of others. Many think because he's quiet he is weak or off hand, but Storm is no loner. He loves the sound of others talking, he loves to be surrounded by his adopted family. Of course, he adores to be underwater, he is a seasoned free diver and spear fisherman, he's even concocted his own oil to slick his fur and streamline him under water, cutting down on friction. The oil often gives his pelt a wet look, which might be nice except it can sometimes not be a pleasant scent to have in the muzzle. In a fight, his spear is also his weapon of choice, if he has to fight at all of course.

Storm has an almost uncanny ability to observe, imitate and learn very quickly. He is never found idle if he's found on land. He owes Lucille and Gus a great deal and he'll always be trying to help them if they need him.

While he's cautious around strangers, he is by no means shy, always willing to watch a stranger and quietly take them in, but he rarely will actually speak to a stranger.

3.  History

Storm's story started before the Krokar, but it's not one he's ever told, or likely to speak of. So perhaps the first beginning was the one that found Storm semi-conscious and clinging to a rock with one hand and his brother's limp, dead body in the other. That was the day he met Agusut and Lucille Cormier, to luperci that changed his life and became, to him at least, more than family.

Storm's original name was lost with his old story, the name he now carries was given to him when Gus realised he coudln't keep calling him you or oi. In the care of the Krokar pack, Storm discovered an aptitude for free diving and spear fishing. He loved the water, and even stumbled across a recipe for making foul smelling grease that helps him sleep through the water more quickly. While he said little, he never avoided the company of other pack, and flourished under the gruff kindness of the others. He worked hard and was exceedingly loyal. He also seemed to learn incredibly quickly, needing to be shown something only once before picking it up.

Gus's daring rescue of him happened when Storm was ten months old, and until recently, he'd been with the Krokar. The day before the floods hit their old home, Storm packed up what few posessions he had, and disappeared. When he returned, battered and injured, it was to find the place he felt safest torn to pieces by floods. His panic was assuaged by two pack mates who had remained behind and pointed him in the direction the others had gone.

One particular element of Storm, that no one has found out about yet, although some may think him rather odd when he stares into space and occasionally smiles, is that his dead brother, remains with him as a spirit companion. Of course there are htose that might think it only a hallucination, or a coping mechanism for a traumatic event, but.
