1. Synopsis
Sofia Ardoix and her sister, Daniela, were born to Arturo Ardoix and Isabella Del Mar to solidify a marriage of political convenience. While the duo of girls grew up in comfort and calm, they were ultimately not spared the turmoil of rising tensions between the denizens of Palisade and the Del Mar family. Her parents had learned to love and understand one another over years of communication that finally culminated in the birth of her and her sister - but Arturo perpetually rebelled against Augustine and, later, Carlo and their decisions. Sofia slowly grew more resentful of her Del Mar cousins, and, over time, fostered much of the self same paranoia that so plagued her father.
After the death of Augustine and ascension of Carlo Del Mar, Arturo approached his daughters and requested that they, too, depart to the Del Cenere Gang to monitor the Del Mar and their interference and report back to him. Dutiful to a fault, she and her sister did so. When these transgressions game to light, her father was executed. Sofia and Daniela returned to Palisade after the dust had settled in regards to the conflict between the Del Mar and Del Cenere, where she was appointed the contact point between Palisade and the Gang and took the rank of Proprietor. Shortly before getting to work, she took on Sulyvahn Huxley as a bodyguard. After bringing the upheaved families to heel and acclimating Del Cenerens to their outpost, Sofia settled into her role with more ease, and later bore two children to a passing traveller: Olivier and Octavia.
2. Appearance

Her ears are tall, her coat plush, her face narrow and muzzle long, and her bottle-brush tail is typically quite still. Sofia can easily blend into forests, into trees - making her an excellent little fly on the wall. However, the trade off is that she is rather frail - fair-boned and fair-featured. Sofia's dark coat owes much of it's warm hues and vibrancy is thanks to her mother's Del Mar influence. Her most distinctive feature is the striking, bright chartreuse of her eyes. |

Deeply reserved, but not entirely ladylike. Sofia is an excellent listener, but not huge on talking; Inwardly bitter, she holds onto her borderline paranoid behaviors like a lifeline, and passes it off with tight-lipped pleasantries. Her humor is oftentimes seemingly absent, and likely for good reason - after all, very few can jive with her stern gallows humor that she implements to detract from very real fears and insecurities that riddle her. She has grown more secure and confident into her adulthood as she was appointed Proprietor; her good senses guide her towards sound decisions, and she has long since adopted a no-nonsense attitude. |
