River Amarok-Knight is the product of a one night stand between Valerie Rhiannon-Knight and Kohaku Amarok. She was born into Casa di Cavalieri alongside her brother Malcolm Knight July 20, 2014 and has no idea who her father is.

1.1  Basics

Essentials

  • Species: River primarily resembles a wolf in shape and size, but has a bit of the legginess and large ears of a coyote.
  • Fur: River has mid length fur, slightly on the thick side. Her coat is somewhat coarse and has a tendency to look disheveled.
    • Optime Hair: Her hair is long and wild; she pulls it back in a braid to keep it out of her eyes, but it has a tendency to escape and leave tendrils of hair hanging in her face.
  • Facial Features: Her face is good natured and entirely wolfish in appearance. Her ears a little large.
  • Build and Size: River is fairly tall and thin. She doesn't have the muscular,

overall large size of her mother and brother, instead having inherited more of her father's build. Her legs are particularly long and lanky.

  • Lupus: Mostly average for a wolf; slightly slim.
  • Secui: Doesn't bulk up as much as the average secui.
  • Optime: Her build is particularly obvious in this form. Best described as 'willowy'.
  • Humanization: Medium to High level of humanization; uses weapons and tools, wears simple clothing.

Coloration

  • Fur:
    • River is primarily slate gray.
    • She has unusual, complex markings in tan, orange, and darker gray.
  • Markings:
    • The back of her neck, ears, top of tail, stripe on muzzle are dark gray.
    • Underside of face and tail are cream colored.
    • On the sides of her face and under her eyes the cream fades to a dull, burnt orange.
    • Orange 'lightning' mark on her sides.
    • Orange spot on forehead.
    • Dark gray ring around left wrist.
  • Eyes: Very dark blue
  • Optime Hair: The same color as her darker markings.
    • Nose and Paw Pads: Black

Interaction

  • Speech: Rive is generally cheerful and talkative with a tendency to laugh. Her speak is informal and drawling; she often sounds like she is teasing. Speaks a little too loud.
  • Scent: Casa di Cavalieri, Valerie Rhiannon-Knight, dirt
  • Quirks, Gestures, Etc.: Physically incapable of sitting still. She is always tapping her feet, playing with her hair, etc. This gets worse when she is nervous.
  • General Posture and Body Language: Casual, bad postured, 'slouchy'. Always wiggling. Not particularly dominant or submissive; just comfortable.

2.  Personality

River is very friendly and outgoing. She loves to be around other canines and will happily talk their ears off. She can be a little wary around strangers, but usually warms up to them very quickly. She is a terrible judge of character and doesn't always know when to leave well enough alone, poking her nose in where it isn't wanted.

River is rambunctious and playful. She can and will turn anything into a game. Her endless energy wears out those around her; she keeps going long after they have become bored or tired. She tends to play rough and hard; biting, pouncing and getting dirty are among her favorite activities. She torments her brother, Malcolm, endlessly, both with teasing and rough-housing.

She isn't one to feel emotions half way; whether happy, sad or angry she gives in completely to her feelings. This can make her a bit of a drama queen as she gets over emotional and upset over trivial matters. While she is generally happy she has a terrible temper once riled up. Injustice and harsh words against her family and pack are almost sure to anger her. Her anger rarely lasts long though. Once the matter has been resolved she cools down quickly and goes back to her perky self
