1.  Appearance

Neal has a wiry, lean physique, and is tall, despite his husky blood. His right eye is ice-berg blue while his left is yellow-gold.

He has classic husky markings: His base coat is white. His back is jet black, extending down to his thighs and the top half of his tail. The top part of his shoulders and neck are also black, as is the top of his head and the back of his ears. His muzzle is white and this colour extends up half his nose-bridge and around his eyes.

While in Optime form, Neal keeps his mane short and as wolflike as possible. He is slightly hunched over, shifting most of his weight onto his thighs and knees instead of keeping a more human-like posture.

He spends most of his time in Secui form, but shifts regularly to keep his shifting time short and as fluid as possible.

Neal has several scars from hunts and fights. Most are on his legs and chest, though there is a rather large one on his back.

Generally, assume he's in Secui unless stated otherwise.

Lupus Measurements: 39 in = 98 cm 102 lb =46 kg

Secui Measurements: 49 in = 124 cm 165 lb = 75 kg

Optime Measurements: 85 in = 216 cm (6 ft 3) 286 lb = 121 kg

2.  Personality

His alignment is Chaotic Neutral. He has a deep distrust of authority and finds it diffcult to interact with others.

He is wary of new situations and has a massive fear of failure. As such Neal has a hard time commiting to a path or person for fear of doing something wrong and messing up.

Neal is however a very lonley individual, and canines being pack animals, he instinctivly yearns for the company of his own kind.

His manners are rough and he posesses a desert dry sense of humour. Neal generally has a 'don't bother me and I won't bother you' attitude. He can get very defensive and will sometimes snap out if stressed. His response to difficult situations is usually to fall back on his fight or flight instinct.

His main goal in life is to join a pack and be accepted, but he is held back from doing this by his fear of failure.

Once he warms up to people he can be very caring and a little overly enthusiastic, which is his way of making up for being slow to trust people.

He enjoys hunting and running, and is very good at stalking prey, due to spending a lot of time hunting rabbits, who have very good hearing.

3.  History

He was born on the 1st of May 2014 to Eina, a Siberian Husky Verto Luperci, along with two brothers, Eman and Deren, and four sisters, Garia, Eled, Wani and Cursa. His father was Bened, a Mackenzie Valley Wolf Luperci from an unknown pack who left before the pups were born.

Neal's mother raised them on her own, but found it hard to find enough food for all of them. Garia and Wani were killed by a bear at five months old, while their mother was out hunting.

Eina spoke several times of joining a pack, but hesitated because she feared the pups were too young for the journey.

Before she could make her decision, she was killed by a falling tree during a storm as she was returning to the pups after a failed hunt. Neal and his siblings were left to fend for themselves at eight months old. Their mother had begun to teach them how to hunt and working together, the five were able to scavange and hunt enough to keep them going.

As they grew, their skills improved, and they soon became proficient hunters. They stayed together until they reached 1 year old and then decided to go their seperate ways.

Eman, Cursa and Deren wanted to join a pack, but Eled and Neal were less sure. When the other three left they stayed together, but Eled was killed during a hunt by a bull Elk protecting his herd.

By himself, Neal struggled to hunt larger prey and failed spectacularly at hunting the smaller, faster animals. He was forced to scavange until he improved enough to be able to stalk and catch the rabbits in the forest.

He encountered a pack some two weeks after but was terrified of the sudden change in his possible future and turned tail. He has not approached a pack since...
