Kheli Aevyr

1.  Appearance

Pure white coat, bright gold eyes, and red tribal tattoos around his eyes. Several piercings.

2.  History

Kheli was around for roughly 2.5 seconds? I don't think I ever completed a thread with him. He might have been planned for Azathoth and scrapped, or even replaced by Rurik. He was apparently capable of drawing but not writing.
