Ciri is currently a loner wandering ‘Souls.
She is the bastard child of Till Van Ulrich-Lykoi and Ceridwen Armistice, and twin to Dandy Armistice, raised alongside her siblings within The Palisade by their mother, who never disclosed who their father was. Just shy of her second birthday, while traveling along a trade route with a small group, she fell victim to a random attack. Members of Mortimer targeted the group, and Ciri, Dandy, and the other survivors were transported back to the stronghold, where they were imprisoned and tortured. After being separated from her brother, she was able to escape, only to discover that he had somehow been relocated. Following the clues left behind, Ciri tracked him into 'Souls, unbeknown to her that Dandy was transferred into the care of none other than their biological father.

Bold and confident, what Ciri lacks for in size, or perhaps because of it, she makes up for in personality; most of which is worn physically. She is expressive without being verbose, suspicious of words, and thus, relies heavily on traditional forms of communication, using body language and gestures to honestly convey meaning. Adhering strongly to her own ethics, she believes herself to be lawful, truly operating under a logical plan that, unfortunately, does not always align with what the general population would consider safe or sane. Her uninhibited bravado and innocent optimism are often catalysts for grand plans that have yet to cost her life. Each successful escapade contributes that much more to her already inflated ego.
Ciri works diligently, carefully organizing her time for efficiency. She has an aptitude for executing plans at the best of times, and a tendency to swing first, ask questions later, at the worst of times. Nonetheless, when given the opportunity to carefully lay out her ideas, Ciri proves to be pragmatic over indulgent. Believing hard work will always be rewarded, she works with dogged determination, eager to demonstrate both her capability and independence. Despite having very little issue working in tandem with her twin, she struggles to work patiently and kindly with others, finding it easier to push them away rather than work on her own shortcomings.
Her creativity is not demonstrated in esoteric arts or endeavors, but it shows in the ways she proves to be adaptable, or finds efficient solutions to problems. Ambition may cause her to come across as aloof or emotionless, especially when she holds others to her own standards. Certainly, she feels extreme emotions are unnecessary, but she is not without heart; for example, she could understand the practicality of suffering through deep feelings in private. Despite these often public sentiments, Ciri does tend towards wary realism when grappling with circumstances beyond her control.

NOTE: this is an incomplete list
- An old para-scope that he scavenged and got repaired in Freetown. He holds this near and dear to his heart and keeps it hidden away from others.
- fancy bow that he stole from someone who didn't need it as much as he did. He does, however make his own arrows out of metal tips and peacock feathers. It's sortof a signature arrow of his.
- A sword with jewels ingrained in it. Till probably stole this but it is unclear of how he got it exactly.
- A Lantern given to him by his mentor, Lokr Revlis. It is an old-fashioned candle lantern, used to burn lard or wax candles. The lantern's frame is a rough-beaten metal that has been meticulously shaped and smoothed by luperci hands, probably procured or made by a skilled freetown merchant who was mimicking one of the few remaining human artifacts. There are many glass panels in the lantern, though they differ wildly in hue and thickness, suggesting that they were scavenged for the purpose (as glass is extremely difficult to make from scratch).
