Charles "Chip" Houlihan

Charles Houlihan is a cocky, troubled youth from Freetown with a broken moral compass and a penchant for violence. Raised by a tough and mean-spirited mother, whose own morals left something to be desired, Charles was encouraged at a young age to toughen up and fight for what he wanted. When his older half-sister joined the ranks of a local gang, it became a point of pride for their mother and a burning desire for Charles to do the same.

Once he was able to shift, Charles sought to join his sister's gang and spent much of his early weeks with them attempting to prove his strength and loyalty to his new "family." After he lost a particularly violent fight that also resulted in the loss of over half of his tail, it seemed that he was losing any ground he had made with the gang. In an attempt to win back what respect he had lost, Charles decided to get himself involved in something much larger than himself.

And so it was that Charles, with his sister, Vic, and another member of their gang – an ugly bruiser named Barry Nash – along for support, joined a group of foreigners whose intent it was to exact revenge on a couple of important members of Cour des Miracles. Throwing himself full-throttle into their cause, Charles played a key role in assaulting Oberyn Haskel and offered his brawn in the final battle against the Courtiers.

Unfortunately for Charles, the opponent he faced was the father of the boy he helped to beat up – an experienced fighter with the rank and the abilities to prove it. Charles lost his life just a handful of days short of his first birthday.
