Basics

Castor, at first glance, looks to be some sort of dog mix, but his coyote-like radar dish ears and lanky frame hints towards his mother's ancestry. While he's physically an adult, standing tall at around 5'9", he still lacks the proper height-to-weight ratio of a fully grown Luperci. His face is slim and sharp and diamond-shaped. His left eye is a pale blue-gray, while his right is a dark brown.

Castor was born with a somatic mutation due to his mixed and muddied blood, which presents itself as dark patches concentrated on his left side, most notably the one covering the side of his face, neck, and shoulder blade. The fur underneath is a mix of dull creams and light browns. His hair in Optime form is blonde and wavy but often messily cut short.

Castor doesn't have much (if any) experience in romance. He would likely be awkward and confusing as such emotions would be new to him, but love is a concept he takes seriously and wouldn't be one to fool around once he found someone special.

Castor knows of Greek myths and stories, but he doesn't believe them to be true. He likes the idea of a higher power like fate or karma.

Strengths

• Swimming: Castor has no fear of the sea and enjoys testing his limits in deep and rough waters. He can hold his breath for over a minute and can swim in all three forms well, although he prefers either Secui or Optime.
• Sailing: Castor learned the basics of steering a sailing ship from his mother. He mostly, if ever, uses simple rowboats, rafts, or canoes when on the water, though. He's beginning to look into carpentry to fashion his own watercraft.
• Archery: Castor found a love for archery at a young age, and is eager to practice his skills by fishing and hunting.
• Reading and Writing: Castor can read most books barring substantial damage, but his handwriting is often messy and illegible.
• Animal Husbandry: Castor and Pollux have a push-pull relationship, but he and Antila get along well and Castor always makes sure the two animals have proper food and care, even above himself.

Weaknesses

• Close-Quarters Combat: Castor would be next to useless if cornered or caught in a fight without his bow.
• Eyesight: Unbeknownst to him, Castor's left eye is weaker than his right and will only worsen with age. He's extremely right-eye dominant, and his vision from the left is often blurry and unfocused.
• Crafting: Castor acquired most of his belongings from either trade or his mother, and as such has little knowledge on crafting, fixing, and maintaining his equipment.
• Anxiety: Castor suffers from generalized anxiety disorder, which can lead to him appearing paranoid, scatterbrained, unfocused, and restless.
