1.  Staff Bulletin

1.1  Auxiliary Characters

  • Five auxiliary characters were approved. Three were denied.

1.2  Embed Codes

  • The banning of HTML embed codes was discussed and passed for aesthetic, relevancy, and security reasons. Adoptable characters from adoptable sites were also limited for similar reasons.

1.3  Mature Addendum

Further markers for mature topics were suggested and passed.

1.4  Member Complaint

  • Several complaints and notes of concern were received in regards to a member. After a lengthy internal discussion and discussion with the member in question, a 60-day suspension/temporary ban was enacted on the member for repeated refusal to comply with requests. Following further unacceptable behaviour, the suspension was extended to 90 days.
  • Two separate, unrelated member complaints were also addressed, though no actions were taken in those cases.

1.5  Moderator Evaluations

Moderator activity was evaluated and individual moderator placement adjusted accordingly.

1.6  Litter Requests

Two litters of two and one litter of three were approved.

1.7  Open letters

The decision to start a new Open letters thread and include basic guidelines was made.

1.8  Underaged Members

After being alerted to the presence of a confused 11-year old member, it was decided that there would be a hard ban on all persons under the age of 13. Steps are being discussed as to how to make this clearer to prevent the further registration of underaged persons.

1.9  Reorganization

Major reorganization in regards to the display of core game information was discussed and implemented, consisting of reshuffling existing forums and dividing them into a number of new subforums to make topics easier to find for both members and staff.
