The June Spotlight Soul was re-voted on, since the original thread was lost in the EZBoard hack. Akumu won.

Mel's third character application was approved.
1.3 June 9
It was proposed that Bleeding Souls and Eurosouls have a symbiotic relationship and that contests be cross-board.
1.4 June 12
Request to hold Bleeding Souls Poetry Slam '05 posted.
1.5 June 13
BS-EuroSouls relationship was approved. Fatin Kali's third character application was re-approved, since the original was lost in the EZBoard hack. Shmee's third character application was approved.
1.6 June 14
IC plots concerning Ophelia, Malachi, Tsunami, Calypso, and Thanos reviewed. Poetry Slam approved. Official amendment to the rules concerning second and third characters suggested (only one character at a time may hold a leader rank).
1.7 June 18
Mordulin asked for objections on Fatin's promotion to beta.

Second and third character rule amendment approved.

It was suggested that Noah's family tree idea be put on the Souls website. IC plot concerning Empathy reviewed, approved.
