How to Claim a Residence...
  1. Unoccupied residences may be purchased for 60 points via our Pack Game!
    • Transferring residence ownership between characters is free, but loss of residency will require a repurchase.
    • Characters must be ranked Las Brasas and above to claim residency.
  2. To purchase a residence, please submit claim and points to the Pack Maintenance thread.
  3. Once approved, you need only edit this page to claim your residence.
  4. Please keep the original descriptions intact and only edit or add to it if your character has actively done something to improve or permanently change it. We encourage you to use your character's personal page with more detailed information.
  5. Remember to include any and all characters and NPCs living within your residence.
  6. Residences left inactive for 6 months, due to aNPC status or otherwise, will be subject to reclamation by other members.
  7. Encender members and cNPCs which are related to a higher ranking member of DCG are generally allowed to join the higher-ranked member within their residency. (In the case of cNPCs, eligible played characters which own residencies, after all, count towards 'escorts' for their lower echelon counterparts.)
    • Exceptions may also be made on a case-by-case basis with unrelated cNPC Encender as well; reach out to Leadership in these cases!
Claiming Vacant Lots...

Regular Residence claim guidelines apply.

  1. When making a claim request on a vacant lot, the residence will need to be built - while filling out the form, indicate as to whether you would like Blueprint One or Blueprint Two for your floorplan, as well as how many paddocks you are constructing.
    • Each blueprint has a porch, two rooms, a stone or clay brick fireplace, and a storage room.
    • Housing plots allow for a maximum of two paddocks. These paddocks include one turn out stall for shelter - they can generally house a single horse, a small amount of cattle, or a handful of small hoofstock comfortably. (Hutches or Coops do not take up paddock allotment)
    • Cabins will be built with luperci-available materials and means - scavenged metals, salvaged wood, moss slurry/mud and clay slurry insulation, stone, and logs!
  2. Vacant Lots will list a vague time frame required for building construction.
    • Construction is easiest completed during warmer months (Late spring - early autumn)
    • Threads involving the construction are always welcome, otherwise, it can be safely assumed that pNPCs, Flintlock Sutton & Clyde Kelley will build your homes.
  3. When choosing a name for your house, please pick appropriate names - no swears, or profanity; we appreciate humor, but we may ask for a different name should an issue arise.
  4. Try and keep your home's description in the realm of 80 words.

1.  Specialty Housing

1.1  Temporary Placement

» The Trailside Inn

» See Charmingtown's page for more information about the Trailside Inn's location.

A large and overgrown manor, the Trailside Inn was once the cutting image of prominence and propriety. While ivy, brambles, and shrubs have naturalized and crept into brick and stone and wood, the building is nonetheless beautiful - a lawn, or perhaps, what was a lawn, has returned to meadow, lined in a stone wall that has been overtaken with twisting branches, greenery, and moss, and, every so often, a single donkey can often be spotted roaming the yard. The building wraps about a courtyard which has been manicured over time by the Gang's innkeeper, and part of which has been converted into a small-scale garden tucked up against the door to the galley. A duo of smaller rooms downstairs have been reserved for permanent residents, Alonso de los Santos and Paninya, though the Encender and visitors to Del Cenere are housed in either of the inn's wings - split East and West, each host to six rooms split between floors.

Eastern Wing
E1. Current Resident(s): Daphne Braithwaite

The furthest room down the hall of the Eastern Wing downstairs, this cozy room has a duo of windows on the two outer walls with tall, slatted shutters. It is outfitted with an old bookshelf and a writing desk, as well as an overstuffed armchair and a bedframe laden with thick, plush furs. This section of the house is slightly quieter, and due to it's more open nature with windows that can prove drafty, is best suited for a single resident and lone bed.

E2. Current Resident(s): Henry Sharpe, Olivier Ardoix

A settee, refurbished with cushions of luperci make of hide and wool, sits with its back pushed up against the back window frame. Like a few of the inn's rooms, this one is equipped with not one, but two beds, both comprised of furs and woven blankets, and each with personal curio shelves lining their opposing walls. This room is on the ground floor.

E3. Current Resident(s): Available

Warm and welcoming, this ground floor room is the closest to the foyer, and thus tends to reap the benefits of the main building’s warm hearth. Summer months make this room almost aromatic, considering how it looks out into the courtyard and is closest to the small-scale garden. The room is well-furnished, if cluttered, with woven tapestries and blankets for bedding.

E4. Current Resident(s): Haytham Bornhardt

Situated at the far side of the Eastern Wing on the second story, this room, much like the one below it, is best suited to a single occupant with it’s duo of windows. The room is outfitted with cushions, a woven rug, and a litany of hides, leathers, furs and cushions, and a bed against the back wall. A loveseat is situated by the door.

E5. Current Resident(s): Gascoigne Wick, Rhodes Winthrop

This room is a touch more refined than the others with two beds, chests and wall-mounted shelves for storage, and heavy woven drapes in conjunction with quilts and wooden chairs, it has been laid out like a mirror. Candles help to supplement light the curtains help to block. This is a second story dwelling.

E6. Current Resident(s): Harriet Courtright

Closest to the grand staircase, this room is conveniently located for the Luperci-on-the-go. It’s warm and tidy, with a duo of framed bed frames equipped with small crates which slide under the frames for storage ease – an old, metal table with two chairs sits beneath the window frame, and is regularly decorated with a vase with cut flowers through the summertime.

Western Wing
W1. Current Resident(s): Miguel Quispe-Lopez

The furthest room on the ground floor of the western wing, this room shares a wall with the Western Servant’s Quarters, and thus possesses only a single window as opposed to it’s eastern counterpart. Tapestries drape along the walls and the corners, and rugs and cushions are splayed along the floor, framing the bedframe and its furs beneath the sill.

W2. Current Resident(s): Available

The far wall of this downstairs room has a long table stand, equipped with vessels of various kinds that, come summer, are lush with plants that otherwise brighten the quiet, and somewhat dreary space – as well as disguise an old, peeling, fading patch of wallpaper beneath the sill. A duo of beds are set up on opposing walls.

W3. Current Resident(s): Available

A little more peculiar ground-floor room – this dwelling is slightly more narrow and more suited for a singular resident, solely due to an entire wall being dedicated as a built-in shelving. These shelves have been dressed with knick-knacks, storage baskets and boxes. This room lacks a bed, instead outfitted with plenty of furs and cushions.

W4. Current Resident(s): Available

This room on the second story overlooks the step-down roof of the Western Servant’s quarters, and the wall beyond is utterly overrun by ivy which threatens to creep in through the frames of the west and south facing windows. A duo of small beds are set up, and a single chair is perched upon a circular, woven rug nearest the windows.

W5. Current Resident(s): Bodhi del Bosque & Colt del Bosque

Home to a duo of old, stuffed armchairs, worn down from elements and age, sit in either corner against the back wall, re-equipped with Luperci-made cushions and woven throw blankets. Storage baskets sit at the end of either bedframe, bedecked in furs and hides, and a single low shelf is wedged beneath the window frame.

W6. Current Resident(s): Amos Courtright

This room, best suited for a single occupant, is host to all manner of creature comforts. From its rocking chair, its plush sheepskin rugs, the tapestry acting in place of a curtain, candles lining the low shelf and the pile of furs which comprise its bed, it’s cozy – perhaps to the point of stifling.

1.2  NPC Housing

» NPC Housing

These properties are scattered throughout the territory, and are reserved for pack NPCs. As such, these homes and buildings are not available for claim for played characters, and these listings are merely to serve as a point of reference for players.

Trailside Inn
Western Servant's Quarters

What was once, doubtlessly, a room reserved for a groundskeeper or maid, is situated at the very end of the Western Wing of the Trailside Inn. This room is narrow and small, yet practical - with easy access to an exit of the building just outside its walls in the hall. The room is cluttered with baubles and tchotckies, ill-begotten gains hoarded away by its denizen, much of which has been stuffed under the skinny bedframe due to the room's lack of conventional space and the already filled shelves.

Foyer Quarters

A more sizable room is situated off the back of the foyer, its door sitting behind the dwelling's grand staircase. The room is situated conveniently, close by to a door exiting into the courtyard, and alongside the kitchens, which suits its resident perfectly well. The room's doorway is open, save for a doeskin flap which covers its frame for the barest sense of privacy when it is called for. Its bed is always impeccably arranged, and the shelves are tidy. A rocking chair is tucked up into a corner next to the window, which overlooks the curated herb garden of the courtyard.

Lancaster Stockyard (The Quartet)

Situated the furthest from the Foxtail Farrier down the row, this small lodging has a manicured set of shrubs out front, and its porch belies an extension of its interior; organized, neat, and tidy, yet practical and utilitarian to suit the purposes of the duo of shepherds therein. This home, conveniently, sits closest to the paddocks Del Cenere's sheep call home. Creature comforts bleed their way out of of the interior of the home by way of a set of rocking chairs facing the paddock.

While it was initially intended to be a temporary lodging situation, Clyde and Flintlock have evidently put down what seems to be more permanent roots in this lodging. However, the property, once inside, appears to be at constant war with itself; Where one resident is a little on the messier side, and less concerned with structure and logistics, the other keeps supplies regimented and neat. Woodworking tools hang on hooks on the covered porch.

This cozy house is frequently in a state of disarray. Whether its bags of shed feathers, un-fletched and un-tipped arrow shafts spilled out of a basket and left abandoned on the front step, or grain feed bags in the process of blending, the building is in a constant state of flux and slow-paced, or partially finished products betraying Dusty's ability to collect himself and pursue things to completion. Regardless, the bird-related decor has its charms.

Clean, utilitarian, and functional. This house is the closest to the Foxtail Farrier, and by proxy, the Arena and Stables - a perfect situation for the residence's occupants. Boots and Holly regularly bring work home with them, be it tack in need of cleaning and oiling over the bannister, or tools set next to the door for easy access. The duo have set up a hitching post out front their home for convenience's sake, should they ever need to tend an animal on short notice.

» Irving Barrios

» See Irving?'s page for more information about the settlement.

Picturesque and nestled between the slopes of the Burnt Church Mountains and the rolling hills of Tall Tree, Irving's barrios are situated, predominantly, in the open sweep of the valley and along the hardpack of the main trail which runs from Charmingtown and out towards the Frost Reaches of the Northern Tides. The deciduous woods lining the meadows are lush, often overtaken with ferns, brambles, and bushes, and host to all manner of forage. The Angel Oak is situated a short hike away to the Northwest, and hunting in the area is but a stone's throw into the woods. Charmingtown lies just to the Southwest.

Irving itself also holds two of Del Cenere's storage buildings, the gardens, a well, and the Elkhorn. Paired with its more central location, the barrios are a popular, and convenient, place to settle.

Broken Spoke Quarter
#1. Whippoorwill Suite
Details

A small, cozy stone and wood-slat cabin complete with a chimney and remnants of a wood fence around its perimeter. The property is lined with great, mature trees and a litany of berry bushes and shrubs, thriving and swallowing up posts of the ruined fence line, making for a private and cozy, storybook-esque home. The front step creaks underfoot, but seems sound save for the subtle sag towards the outermost corner. The windows have long since shattered, and the remaining frames have been sanded down to remove the faded, cracking teal paint; Shutters have been installed to beat out the elements. This building offers a modest common area connected to a kitchenette, and an open doorway towards its only (yet sizable) bedroom.

#2. The Ivy Grande (Available)
Details
  • Current Resident: Unoccupied
  • Housed Companion(s):
    • Paddock One:

A two-story building with deeply faded and wood siding and gray stone, long since overgrown with thick tendrils of ivy crawling over its walls and through its shingles. A large oak stands out from the rest of the stand of trees which shroud the back end of this property, and comfortably shades the house. This house has since been gutted by luperci hands, and retrofitted better to suite the needs of canines, it's garage opened and converted to stalls and a singular turn-out paddock. The house possesses three bedrooms - two up a flight of wooden stairs, and one on the ground floor alongside the den with its fireplace.

Due to its size, this house is generally reserved for families or group housing rather than singular residents.

#3. The Black Salt Circle
Details
  • Current Resident: Octavia Ardoix
  • Housed Companion(s): Echinacea Wallace
    • Paddock One:

This cabin is almost fairytale like, picturesque against the backdrop of Tall Tree’s canopies and insulated with moss as it is. The small covered patio is homey and inviting, wildflowers and berry bushes planted about the house’s foundation. The Black Salt Circle sits at the base of a rolling hill that stretches up into the treeline, so there’s not much of a view – but its central location makes it notable for convenience. Inside, the home makes its attempts to be cheery, though doeskins and wooden shutters shroud the windows, juxtaposing the welcoming veneer with a more private and reserved air.

#4. The Shaw Shack (Available)
Details
  • Current Resident:
  • Housed Companion(s):
    • Paddock One:

This practical, wooden cabin is befitting of any intrepid woodsman. While a few shrubs have sprouted up around the porch, much of the property has been dedicated to woodworking – there is a covered woodpile outside, the stump for splitting firewood, tools hung under the covered porch, and lumber stacked alongside the modest paddock.

Inside, the property is modest; Workbenches generally house ongoing projects, and knitting supplies lie in baskets of an otherwise humble and unpretentious home. One of the rooms, designated as the building’s bedroom, has two anchors framing a corner which a hammock drapes from.

#5. The Dark Arrow (Available)
Details
  • Current Resident:
  • Housed Companion(s):
    • Paddock One:

This property is situated fairly centrally to the barrio itself, and thus, is on a relatively flat ground in the middle of the meadow. Grasses climb up and disguise the building's solid, stone foundations, and as the house has established and seasons have passed, a few shrubs have sprung up about the building's edges. The slim dirt trail divides off the more traveled walkways to a partially enclosed porch which acts somewhat as a mudroom, equipped with hooks for hats and coats. The front door opens to a large and maximized living space, complete with stone fireplace lined by a small kitchenette, with counters butting up into a 'corner' for food preparation and a few spares shelves for storage. A secondary door sits at the far end of the living area. A dark storage room divides the two back sizable back bedrooms, each equipped with shudder-covered windows to help keep out the elements.

#6. Vacant Lot (Available)
Details
  • Current Resident: Unoccupied
  • Housed Companion(s):
    • Paddock --: (Paddock requires construction)

This flat, grassy and vacant lot sits adjacent to the storage buildings and Irving's gardens, directly to its west. Claiming this empty lot will require a three-week building period, due to it's already even terrain requiring minimal leveling.

#7. The Vigilant Watch
Details

Due to it's southwestern most location in the barrio, the Vigilant Watch is on the first buildings seen coming into Irving off the main road. A few slow-growing shrubs and bushes have taken to lining some of the walls, though the building is otherwise quite clean and tidy, and the paddock on the northern portion of the property is sheltered by way of neighboring buildings. Scaffolding has comprised a short, partial catwalk that trims the roof alongside the front porch, and is accessible by ladder.

Indoors, the home is cozy, yet warring with itself, when it comes to clutter versus cleanliness - the small store room helps to contain some of the spillage of belongings and keep it out of sight, and it's flanked by the building's duo of bedrooms.

#8. The Sunflower Cottage
Details

This cottage is built sturdy and homey with a solid roof and foundation meant to outlast any weather to come. Planted all around it are sunflowers that give it a cheery and inviting atmosphere and its name sake. Within, the rabbit fur and hand carved wooden accents make it a warm and comfy abode all year round. It is centralized for easy access to storage and other residences.

#9. Vacant Lot (Available)
Details
  • Current Resident: Unoccupied
  • Housed Companion(s):
    • Paddock --: (Paddock requires construction)

This slightly uneven lot is on a downward slope near the 'ditch' lining the main road cutting through Del Cenere's territory. It's grasses are tall and long, and the property possesses a few very small black huckleberry bushes due to it's slightly lower elevation in the barrio. Claiming this empty lot will require a four-week construction period.

#10. Casa Inadaptada LEADERSHIP HOUSING
Details

This lodge - once a vacation home - has long since stood the test of time, and sits upon the slopes of the Burnt Church Mountains. The property is lined in trees both deciduous and pine, and is well-shrouded. Its sizable paddock comes off a converted detached garage that now stands as barn for the Rey Salvaje's livestock. While several of the tall windows, paneless as they were, have since been boarded up, shudders and doeskin curtains line the windows, and after some impromptu maintenance involving the removal of old, mildewed carpets, the wood and stone-tile floors of the building are far more suitable for its inhabitants. A wing hangs off of the foyer and connects to a handful of bedrooms - one of which has been converted to a study while the other remain bedrooms for the family. The opposing wing holds the den and living room with its fireplace, as well as an outdoor kitchen.

Oxbow Quarter
#1. Vacant Lot (Available)
Details
  • Current Resident: Unoccupied
  • Housed Companion(s):
    • Paddock --: (Paddock requires construction)

This empty lot sits on a subtle upward slope towards the main trail’s hardpack. There are a few sizable stones on this lot, and tall feathery grasses. Due to the requirement to move the rocks, and level out the land, this property will require around six weeks to complete a project.

#2. Vacant Lot (Available)
Details
  • Current Resident: Unoccupied
  • Housed Companion(s):
    • Paddock --: (Paddock requires construction)

This lot is somewhat sloping, creating a wedge gouged out of what would otherwise be a relatively flat swath of land. In this low sweep, a few small black huckleberry bushes have sprouted and grown to take advantage of any run-off or drainage. Construction on this lot will take an estimated four weeks.

#3. The Southpaw Chalet
Details

Built predominantly with stone, only with wood as an upper accent, the Southpaw Chalet disrupts the status quo of much of its neighbors due to such stylistic options. Inside, the fireplace is sizable and has an arched mouth, and quickly warms the duo of rooms and sizable living area. The back of the property’s lot is framed in large, mature woodland and a litany of lush bushes and ferns that climb up the slope venturing deeper into Tall Tree’s forest.

These trees help to cover the paddock, and keep it well shaded and protected from the elements.

#4. The Burrow
Details

This lot sits in a shallow bowl in regards to elevation - a flattened out portion of earth carves a gentle curve from a gradual grade of root-riddled slope climbing towards the forests of Tall Tree. The modest cabin is heavily shaded with its litany of trees and shrubbery, both mature and young, though efforts have obviously been made to help clear some of this away. The building itself is propped onto a slightly higher stone foundation to keep water from seeping through the foundation.

The paddock itself stretches into the woodland. A portion of the fenceline has been comprised of a large, fallen tree along the property's boundary, blending the private pen seamlessly into the landscape.

#5. La Pezuñaveloz
Details

As evidenced by the lack of any unnecessary flourishes or décor, La Pezuñapeloz is a modest home meant to be utilitarian rather than elegant. The back end of the cottage butts up against a thicket of spruce trees that stands apart from the thick woodland beyond and is surrounded by tussocks of tall grasses and wildflowers. The two paddocks, which are situated alongside one another, have a gateway built into the shared fence line, allowing for them to be opened up into one large space or divided again into two.

#6. The Chickadee Cabin (Available)
Details
  • Current Resident:
  • Housed Companion(s):
    • Paddock One:
    • Paddock Two:

At the edge of Irving and butting up against forest and open land, the stone and wood house is able to enjoy being part of the community while also not being in the thick of things. Two paddocks are attached to the property, with one being smaller than the other. A lean-to provides cover for whatever animals may call the wood-fenced areas home. Firewood is neatly stacked on one side of the house, and a small firepit has been dug and lined with heavy river stones. The house itself is not overly large; enough to fit a small family at most, but, perhaps, best suited for a bachelor or pair of Luperci. A short set of stairs leads up to a long, roofed, front porch. Inside, there is a large living room with a stone fireplace. A side door provides a second entrance down a short set of stairs. The home has two legitimate rooms and one long, thin one that can be used as a study or, more likely, storage. The house's windows are shuttered, and have furs or heavy cloth that can be drawn over them during the colder seasons.

As far as décor and furnishings go, the home is obviously lived in, though, is rather modest and simplistic. There is a dining table that doubles as use for other projects. Furs help make the place feel more comfy, though, give the house the feeling that it's owned by a hunter or rancher. Various equipment for woodworking and taking care of livestock are present and tidily kept. Cupboards help store more readily used items. The smallest "room" is used as storage for the homeowner's various effects, stored food, and tools. The bedrooms are sparsely decorated (ie. bed, end table, wooden trunk) and obvious that the owner only really uses them to sleep in and prepare for the day, and nothing more.

#7. Woody's Wilderness Retreat
Details

A quaint cottage, perfect for larger Luperci. Positioned on one of the outer stretches of the barrio, it gives enough room for not too many neighbors nor, uninvited guests. The interior into the home is specialized and adapted for its larger occupant, with higher doorways and ceilings, and its interior is decorated neatly and practically for crafting, with a large anvil, leather working materials, and several piles of logs stacked nearest the fireplace. While a large oak tree helps to shade this home, it is otherwise situated on a grassy plain of the valley.

The paddocks flank either side of the home at its rear, facing Del Cenere's main trail and providing ample space for grazing.

#8. The Silversage Cottage (Available)
Details
  • Current Resident:
  • Housed Companion(s):
    • Paddock One:

A modest wood cabin, sitting on a flattened portion of the valley’s belly. A few decorative boulders jut from the grasses and the shrubs tucked on either side of its quiet front porch, and its single paddock is partly shaded by a mountain ash tree. This property is framed by trails on either side - one for traversal of the barrio, and the other being the main route.

#9. Vacant Lot (Available)
Details
  • Current Resident: Unoccupied
  • Housed Companion(s):
    • Paddock --: (Paddock requires construction)

This vacant lot possesses a very moderate slope up towards the main route of Del Cenere, as well as a hump of land which crimps the lot in two. A stand of birch trees sitting off the road offers precious little shade for what is otherwise a very sunny, grassy lot. Construction here would take an estimated four weeks, due to minor leveling requirements.

#10. The Bullstand (Available)
Details
  • Current Resident:
  • Housed Companion(s):
    • Paddock One:

The hard, rocky ground here slopes upwards towards Del Cenere’s main road that cuts through the territory, and a sparse tree helps to shade the home’s humble porch that disrupts the otherwise tall grasses that sprout up through the terrain surrounding the lot. The Bullstand is a practical building, and outfitted plainly with tools – at least, on the outside. Indoors, it has been overtaken with baubles, knick-knacks and tchotchkes, in a stark contrast to the otherwise utilitarian outward appearances. A horseshoe is prominently hung above the entry.

#2. Camp Courtright
Details
  • Current Resident: Camellia Courtright?
  • Housed Companion(s):
    • Paddock --: (Paddock requires construction)

This property is on an incredibly shallow slope, but is predominantly flat, and covered with tall pines, crops of shrubs, bushes, ferns, and sparse grasses. Numerous rocks have been cleared, leaving a few pocked marks in the alpine earth, and re-purposed to a short, moss and lichen-covered boundary fence lining the path crawling to the cabin's walkway. Come springtime and early summer after the seasonal rains, lupines, wild iris, harebells, columbines and bachelor’s buttons carpet the property.

#3. The Kaliba (Available)
Details
  • Current Resident:
  • Housed Companion(s):
    • Paddock One:

The evergreens cradle this quaint, sizeable cottage. Its roof is tall and sloping, and its front porch wide and long.

Inside, the floorplan is open. There is, to the left, a long dinning table with benches, and further left a door to the side yard. To the right is the general living area, graced with a sizeable fireplace, and in the corner tucked a kitchen.

Further in are three doors; leftmost one leads into the main bedroom, containing a pile of sleeping furs, and a chest doubling as wardrobe. The middle door is the storage, and the right one goes into an area dedicated to the occupier's various crafts.

#4. Vacant Lot (Available)
Details
  • Current Resident: Unoccupied
  • Housed Companion(s):
    • Paddock --: (Paddock requires construction)

This rocky, private lot is situated on the sloping hill venturing downward out of the parish and back towards Tall Tree – while the slope is not severe, some sections of ground are quite uneven. Pine trees and ash trees sprout up all over the lot, and there are dense sections of nettle and ferns to contend with. Construction on this lot is expected to take four weeks.

#5. Vacant Lot (Available)
Details
  • Current Resident: Unoccupied
  • Housed Companion(s):
    • Paddock --: (Paddock requires construction)

This flattened lot is thickly wooded – overtaken with greenery, with shrubs, with brambles and bushes, and peppered with trees both deciduous and coniferous. Nettles spring up in open spaces, alongside ferns and grasses – come summer, spires of blooms spring up in the dappled sections of shade. Construction on this lot is expected to take five weeks, due to it’s thick foliage.

Stag Run Quarter
#1. Roanoke Ranch
Details

The trees here thin, though are still prevalent in thick stands lined in bushes as the lot transfers from woodland to lush, bright meadows. The back of this lot explodes come spring and summer into color, with all manner of colorful wildflower blooms.

A cabin sits in the center of the lot, trees framing the front and providing shade for the stone-lined back leading up to the front door, while a back door exits into a meadow. A porch lines the front of the house, with shallow steps leading up from the middle. The roof is slanted with a small chimney from the back left corner.

Inside opens into a mud room, and further on into a spacious open living area. A shelf hangs above the mantle, though it lacks decoration. A set of wooden chairs sit before it, a tattered rug covering the floor beneath and a small table between the seats. A small hallways leads to three other rooms, the main bedroom to the left, a small storage room to the immediate right, and another bedroom past that.

Details
  • Current Resident: Unoccupied
  • Housed Companion(s):
    • Paddock --: (Paddock requires construction)

This open lot breaks away from predominant woodland, and its flat, open space is only sparsely peppered with young, skinny maple and ash trees. A few berry bushes dot the landscape where they could break through choking grasses and ferns, and the plot bursts into color during warmer months. Construction on this lot takes an anticipated three weeks.

    • Paddock --: (Paddock requires construction)

A handful of tall pines and maple encroach upon this property which begins to slope ever so slowly down towards the pebbly shore of Moosehead Lake. The wildflower meadow still encroaches on this property – though ferns and nettles and brambles contest its further egress. Construction on this property is expected to take somewhere around four weeks for leveling.

  • Current Resident: Unoccupied

    • Paddock --: (Paddock requires construction)

This sloping property has but a few crescents carved like tiers along the southernmost part of the lot – this land is wooded once again, much of the shade provided by a large maple and a handful of pine. Construction on this lot is anticipated to take five weeks to level a portion and clear some trees.

    • Paddock --: (Paddock requires construction)

This centrally placed property sits at the crest of the trail venturing downwards towards Moosehead Lake, and the trail that leads to the All-Saint’s Church at the top of Sweetwater Bluff. It’s well protected in its copse of trees, though the predominance of pines helps to thin out the ferns and shrubs which serve as thick groundcover. Construction on this lot is anticipated to take four weeks.
