Personality
Scarlett was a disdainful, cruel, and conniving person. Following an any-means-necessary type of creed, she was undeterred by issues of morality when it came to pursuing her goals. Incredibly beautiful, she had no qualms with encouraging prurient interest from her clients in order to get ahead.
Appearance
Scarlett was glamorous and ostentatious. She did not like to hide her wealth.

History
Scarlett Arena was a trader from Onuba, and the sole daughter of a well regarded merchant family of the Arena banner. She worked in the trading business her entire life and knew her way around a deal.
In the winter of 2015, she elected to accompany her adopted sister Laevisa on yet another adventure to the Americas. She was part of Thalia's entourage, as well as the primary negotiator for the Lanseer ship that was stationed in Freetown. Initially met with resistance from its owners, she was able to acquire the ship for the Amaranthe, although her means were anything but civil.
Scarlett met her gruesome end at the hands of Laevisa Arena.
