Other Wren de Graaf and her brother Dutch were good friends to Harvey during his life in England. Though Dutch later betrayed him, he and Wren had a brief relationship before Harvey's coming to Nova Scotia. Years later, Wren followed after him, breaking the news of his mother's death in person. She remained after growing attached to the Butler family and happily acted as their nanny. Characters lied and said they were a Family member. Characters was given the surname for honorary purposes.
