1.  Appearance

Trafalgar is a strong Wild dog, slightly bigger than the average African wild dog, with more trained muscle. His fur is very thin, only thickening slightly around his neck and tail. Trafalgar is bulky for his species, but even with that said, the patch coated Wild dog is still pretty lean, only just getting used to the weight gain after a previous life of slavery. Trafalgar stands confidently, and doesn't show any signs of backing down or submitting. His expression is usually rather gruff, and those brown eyes of his show little about his personality, as they glare towards anyone Trafalgar meets. Getting to see Trafalgar smile, that is a rare treat, and one usually only brought about by Trafalgar's family and close friends.

1.1  Build and Species

Slightly more than average size for his species, appears lean but is rather strong around his legs and neck.

1.2  Forms

Lupus

90 lbs (41 kg)
34 in (86 cm)

Thin coated, shows many Wild dog characteristics, apart from being larger than average, most likely due to his vigorous life up until now.

1.3  Other

Modifications

  • Piercings: Two silver earrings on each ear, were once used to identify Trafalgar from the others.
  • Tattoos: None.
  • Scars:
    • Quite a few gashes across back, all from wounds inflicted by a whip.
    • Bite marks around ankles.

Accessories

The Wild dog was once forced to wear accessories so that his own could tell him apart from the others. Trafalgar has since removed them, but some such as his earrings cannot be removed.

  • Four silver earrings, two on each ear.

Clothes

  • Trafalgar cannot change, so he doesn't wear clothes. It's safe to say he doesn't like playing dress up either, try to make him wear something and see it get torn to shreds.

2.  Personality

Trafalgar's life has been filled with too much, of everything. He was born into sudden conflict, being forced to learn different emotions that as a pup, he wasn't ready for. It causes him to be quiet, and very harsh. Trafalgar is rather cold, but his harshness goes both ways. He can call others out on their actions, but equally shames himself for doing things wrong. The wild dog constantly picks on himself, knowing how he'd failed the others, and continues to doubt himself with every addition failure. There are emotions that Trafalgar doesn't feel he deserves, because his life as a slave enforced this belief upon him. Trafalgar doesn't believe he should feel loved, and refuses to accept such things from anyone, with Luffy being an exception.

He also doesn't believe he should complain either. Be it the cold, or hunger, or any sort of difficulty, Trafalgar will just bare with it, and try to get through it without even a slight complaint. Anger is one emotion Trafalgar was allowed to feel, as it made it easier to get the wild dog to fight back. Which makes Trafalgar quite the aggressive one. If it wasn't for his calmer companion, Trafalgar would be snapping at any stranger, bewildered by new faces just like he'd been taught as a slave.

There is a small spark in Trafalgar, a space for improvement, which Luffy is already trying to help the wild dog find. Trafalgar is a lot more caring than he'll let others believe, and his claims of hate towards others usually prove false, and empty.

2.1  Demeanor

Rarely a smile on the wild dog's face, and Trafalgar gives everyone a doubtful glare when talking to them. He hates to look up towards others, and so is always reluctant to make eye contact with those who tower over him.

2.2  Ideals

Interests

  • Likes: Walking, fights, winning, Luffy, his family, compassion, hunting, hot days.
  • Dislikes: The cold, boats, losing, death, those who shift.

Traits

Grumpy, Serious, Loyal, Brave, Determined.

  • Outlook: Pessimistic
  • Expression: Introverted and Dominant
  • Alignment: True neutral

Fears

  • Being a slave, losing others, boats, being alone, weaknees.

Motivations

  • A quieter life, to find the others or proof of them, to never be alone, to survive, to keep Luffy alive.

Biases

  • Packs: A feral pack is one Trafalgar can trust, Humanized ones he will question, and be wary of.
  • Species: Doesn't like any species, other than his own. He won't claim to be, but Trafalgar is jealous of canines and their special powers, and dislikes how they use such power.
  • Non-Luperci: Those who don't give into their 'Demon blood' because they can't, are those Trafalgar finds easiest to trust.
  • Gender: Trafalgar doesn't see much bias in Gender.
  • Color: Natural colours, like browns, make Trafalgar more at ease than white or black coats.
  • Sexuality: Trafalgar doesn't understand same sex relationships, but doesn't shun those who have them.
  • Age: Pups are seen with curiosity, and Trafalgar seems more relaxed around those remaining in a four-legged form.

Sexuality

Hetrosexual: Trafalgar has only found love once, but it was separated from him. He sometimes humours Luffy's jesting flirts, but will never go anywhere with it. Due to his species, Trafalgar only understands opposite sex attractions. He bonds to others and can love them, but instinct likes to tell him that sexual relationships are primarily for the goal of reproduction.

Substances

Trafalgar has never touched or tasted such foul things such as alcohol, or anything that would dull the senses. He finds them too humanized for his liking.

Spirituality

Was told as a slave that there was a God. And that the God had given power to wolves and canines to make them stronger and stand on two feet. Trafalgar was told that his kind was hated by this God, and punished by remaining weak, and slaves to canines. Even though Trafalgar has proven his strength, and is no longer a slave, he still believes in this God, and hates them daily.

3.  Relationships

3.1  Key Relations

  • Luffy?: Trafalgar's closest, and only friend. He relies on the Luperci for almost everything, and is the only shifting canine that Trafalgar trusts. The wild dog has already proven that he'd lay down his own life to grant Luffy freedom, and continues to show loyalty towards his friend.

3.2  Family: London Wild Dogs

  • Mother: Unknown
  • Father: Unknown
  • Foster Father: Trafalgar (Senior)
  • Siblings: (Trafalgar doesn't have any really siblings, but considers the other slaves as his siblings): Luffy, Chelsea, Waterloo, Oxford, Aldgate and Piccadilly.

3.3  Minor Relations

  • None so far

3.4  Former Relations

  • Trafalgar (Senior): Was Trafalgar's mentor and a compassionate, older wild dog. He gave the young boy hope, and fought to protect him through their harsh life. Trafalgar senior lost his life in a fight to insure Trafalgar's freedom. And although he failed, Trafalgar's respect and love for the older dog made him adopt the legend's name himself, to carry it with him forever.

4.  Interaction

  • Speech: A low voice, harsh and gritty. Rarely picks up. Strong English accent.
  • Scent: The sea, Luffy, dirt and blood.

4.1  Residence

  • Describe their residence here.

4.2  NPCs

Luffy

  • Species: Wolfdog, mostly Iberian wolf
  • Age and DOB: >3 Years, born 12th February 2012
  • Description: reference
  • Personality: Luffy has always been considered the other half of Trafalgar. What the African Dog lacks in kindness or in his decisions, Luffy will appear to fill the gaps. They are close friends, and although he is of different blood, Luffy is considered family to Trafalgar. Luffy is a flirt, though he doesn't seem to know that he is himself.

6.  History

Brief (1-3 paragraphs, sparsely detailed) overview of character history. Sie likes to repeat this section in the character's forum profile, since it's the shortest and easiest to parse for someone just browsin' over the forum profile.

6.1  Timeline

YYYY

  • Month: This section is most useful for detailing what happened before your character came to 'Souls, since that is not included in the lower thread archive section. Some players choose to continue their timeline history with important events from the thread archive while other players are content to use this section solely as a "before 'Souls" section.
