She is a giant lady. Terrifyingly steady—clearly a predator in the traditional sense, she would not do well with creature companions who she might easily make a snack of. Takes on a lot of her wolf father's features; has a boxy, solid frame, and strong musculature throughout. A muddle of earthen hues with bright green-gold eyes, it's difficult to discern her dog heritage except through subtle tells, like the softness of her fur.

She thinks her nicest feature are her ears. Sonora has no concept of traditional "femininity vs masculinity", and thus is neither "girly" nor a "tomboy"; she loves swimming, grooming, braiding her mane, hunting, rolling in fresh grass, and other activities regardless of their connotations. She cares minimally for appearances, both of herself and others, valuing personal connection over sex appeal. Anyway, she knows her confidence is the sexiest thing about her, and she would be amused by anything someone could find fault in with her superficially. It is evident that she bases none of her self worth on looks, and may in some cases, look down on those who do.

Her brother is prettier than her (to the extent that he is often mistaken for a sister), a point which she has never taken personally.

Parents

• Sonora loves her father and mother dearly. The sad and untimely death of her mother when Sonora was 5 months left a great hole in her heart, but the unity of her family and community eased this difficult time. Sonora and her father had a great rapport and friendship, with the two of them equal of wit and humor and sensibility. She was heartbroken to part ways with him, but remains determined to stick to the path she believes is right.

Siblings

• Despite being of the same litter, Sonora was cast in a more maternal/older sister role once their mother passed away. Her brothers are absolute trouble makers, but sound of heart (and muscle), and they looked after each other in turns. Sonora wishes that they had chosen to come with her, but she doesn't begrudge them for choosing their father. She misses them.
