Daughter of Rain Marks and Samantha Jarret. She lived in Casa di Cavalieri for a time before moving to Sangi'lak with her father when her parents split up. When she was younger, speaking hurt her throat, and she learned to communicate with hand signals instead. She has mostly outgrown the affliction, but remains soft-spoken.

Lux is a female with a shy disposition and hardly every leaves the side of her father. Though quiet and frail looking, she is a very determined individual that has overcome tremendous odds to earn the respect and acknowledgement of the Shepard (against her breed prejudices). She is often left to look after the pups, but that does not make her any less capable than any other member of Sangi'lak. She is a surprisingly strong individual both physically and mentally.
