1.  Appearance

1.1  Lupus

• Rarely uses

In her wolf form, Ky stands at about 34 inches and weights almost 118 pounds. She's relatively lithe, but her chest and legs are thick with muscle. Her dark grey fur is very long, especially around her neck and on her tail. It's a dark grey/black color, flecked with swirls of silvery white and even darker blacks. The fur around her eyes and nose are lined with white. She has bi-colored eyes, resulting in one of her eyes being pale blue while the other is a mossy green. Her ears are larger than other wolves. She does have a permanent limp on her front right leg, due to two of her toes being cut off after stumbling upon a very old human bear trap. Her fur is slightly darker than in her optime form, due to the length and density.

1.2  Secui

• uses often, for hunting and traveling

This is one of Ky's favorite forms, especially for hunting. She stands at about 46 inches tall, while weighing around 237 pounds. In her secui form, she's massive and intimidating, even from a distance. Her eyes seem to brighten when she's in this form. Although she still has a limp, her colossal paws help her with her balance. She's incredibly agile and fast for her large form, making her a very dangerous predator or foe. The fur around her mane lengthens even more, to the extent where some of it brushes her knees while she walks. Her fur is darkest in this form, due to the extreme length and the density of the fur.

1.3  Optime

• uses the most often, for everyday interactions

Ky's form that she most uses. In this form, she stands at 6'6, while weighing 250 pounds. Most of her pelt shortens in this form, but her mane fur lengthens until it reaches her lower back. Her fur is down-soft, and her legs are long and thick with muscle. Her right hand is missing the ring and pinky finger. Her eyes appear to be incredibly vivid, the white fur around them making the color even brighter. Her scars from skirmishes and fights with other canines are most visible in this form. Her fur is the lightest in this form, due to the shortness and the lightness of the fur, and it's dotted with pink-gray scars.

2.  Personality

2.1  Positive Traits Intelligent: Ky's very logical, smart, and thinks ahead. She rarely makes a wrong tactical decision, and she's quick to have ideas. Quick Learner: As she watches other wolves, she learns. When starting a new profession or trade, she quickly gets the hang of it. She always seems to be able to catch on to something at a quick pace. Agile: She's incredibly fast and her movements are very fluid. Even with her limp, she can reach maximum speeds in her suici form. Nimble-fingered: Ky is quick with her fingers, and can craft ornate clothing and items out of very little. Loyal: Once Ky puts her trust in someone, she will for her lifetime. She is quick to risk her life for one that she cares about. When she falls in love with somebody, she loves them unconditionally. Concentrated: When she focuses on a project or idea, she'll finish it, usually without taking breaks or procrastinating. Protective: Even though Ky is a relatively unfriendly wolf, if someone is being ridiculed, hurt physically or mentally, or just being put down, she will try to protect them. She's a furious ball of fur against attackers and abusive animals.

2.2  Negative Traits Socially awkward: She tends to stutter and snarl at other wolves, and sometimes hurts other animals' feelings unknowingly. She hardly ever speaks up to other animals, and tends to say the wrong thing when she does. Unfriendly: She's slow to open up to other animals, and is often hostile when she's first talking to another canine. Pessimistic: Her logical thinking often leads into pessimism, and she's hardly ever visibly happy. Anxious: Especially when she's in a tight situation, her nerves keep her from thinking straight. In the midst of battle, she's learned to just listen to instinct, but sometimes freezes up and panics in bad situations. Pressuring her will only lead to her messing up and making mistakes. Moody: Ky's quick to snap at other animals for their idiocy or mistakes, and her moods change quickly and without warning.

4.  Inventory

4.1  Weapons

• Crossbow : A used crossbow that she traded for on her way to the 'Souls territory. While the dry wood is cracking in parts and the hand grips are rubbed away to almost nothing, she's learned to cope with it. She can shoot bolts with deadly precision.
• Dagger : She's had the dagger for most of her life. She found it in an old human cabin that hadn't been raided. The stainless steel blade shines, and the mahogany wooden handle shows the marks of years of use. She keeps in under the leather straps on her legs.

4.2  Other

• Crow Feather: She has two crow feathers that she found when she was just a pup on her family's territory. Before the battle that changed her life, she had laced the feathers through her fur and has kept them there ever since.
• Silver Ring: A silver ring engraved with flora and fauna that she traded for at an outpost in the 'Souls territory.
• Leg Bandages: Two buffalo-hide leather bandages that she wears on her two back legs. She uses them to hold her dagger and bolts for her crossbow.

5.  History

5.1  Beginnings

Ky was born into a tiny pack in western Montana. Her mother and father were both relatively pure-blooded gray wolves, other than just the slightest bit of coyote, and Ky had two siblings. There were a couple of drifters and other family members in the pack, but she never really talked to them. From the start, she was the outcast, the omega. Even at five months old, Ky was the lowest-ranking wolf in the pack. When Ky was 6 and a half months old, another band of wolves attacked Ky's pack. Many of the wolves in the pack died in the battle or fled. Ky's brothers and sisters all perished, and Ky only escaped by hiding in a hidden fox hole, beneath a blueberry bush. She stayed in the small hole for day at least, waiting until night to leave her old territory. Most of the wolves had left for their camp by night, leaving only a couple of wolves to patrol the borders, but the younger wolf escaped the others' notice easily.

5.2  The journey

Ky left for colder and higher climates as soon as she could. The wolf packs on the way to Canada were incredibly hostile, and the battles she got into left her scarred, both mentally and physically. The only friend that she found was a small red fox that she unwittingly saved from a wolf attack. The fox instantly attempted to befriend the fae, but Ky didn't truly accept Hemlock for a couple of months. Eventually, the wolf and the fox got along, even going so far as to risk their lives for each other. Once they entered Canada, they decided that they would find a place to call home together. Ky discovered an old, run-down horse ranch soon after crossing the border, where the two spent many nights tracking down and catching a horse. Eventually, the two used a make-shift lasso to capture a young mare. The mahogany bay draft was named Chevelle. After spending another night attempting to make sense of the old human-made tack, they finally got a saddle and bridle on the mare, along with a couple of saddle bags and a small, wobbly cart that they later used to haul food and supplies. After many months traveling, the three creatures came across the 'Soul territory.

Ky joined the AniWaya pack as the Gatlvska, or Craftsman, on August 8th, 2013.
