Ciprian can easily be anything that you want him to be. In some situations he is an affluent merchant, and in others little more than a street beggar fishing for information. In the outskirts of Onuba he spent time cultivating relationships and became a go-to when someone required something unsavory. When Odalis Amaranthe travelled to Nova Scotia he arranged for a horse to be sent with her - but when the ship sailed it was revealed that he had taken all of her gold and given her a nag (a crappy horse).

Ciprian joined Mistral de L'Ors band of mercenaries and settled into the Cour des Miracles, injuring and killing Harvey Butler as well as getting up to no good in the neighborhood.

His fur is oily and slick looking, a dark black that covers his entire body. He is long and lithe, with a thin but handsome face that attracts attention but also is able to divert it just as easily. His nose is crooked from being punched in his youth, and that trickle of silver starts somewhere and could easily sneak up over his lip. He wears rings on his fingers (all silver and gemstones) and wears a cloak etched with silver. One of his ears is notched, and his eyes are silver-ish.

For now he is lurking around Nova Scotia with the hopes of seeing Odalis again. He has a strange infatuation with her that will not leave him alone.

Ciprian is now wandering through Concrete Jungle - his new place of residence. He lives in a pretty concrete patch thats been vandalized more times than you can count! If you're nice maybe he will trade with you, or tell you weird stories about his homeland. In August of 2018 he recruited a flea bitten mongrel to act as his spy. He has inherited the name of Ruckus and is a foul mouthed tattood child who was abandoned soon after his first shift.
