Personality

Once upon a time, he was charismatic, charming, the perfect candidate for any matching. In that pack, when he had only been a year and a half old, had lived 'til that point in the security of his mother, there had not been mateship by choice. Very rarely did the two matched wolves love each other until later on, when they knew that they would have to. Back then, he was the desireable male.
Things change, however, more than one might suspect. A series of unfortunate events - outlined in detail to nobody, for he speaks naught of them - changed him forever. First he became cold and withdrawn, suffering from PTSD, and then the insanity set in. He had been brilliant, clever and comic and everything one might wish to be. It had been snatched away by so many fingers, so many bad things happening that he never could discern between which event happened when. The details of what happened were always clear. He became not only cold and wicked, so drawn into himself that he rarely spoke at all, but the insanity addled his mind. Suddenly, his negative thoughts were not his own, but the voice of another whispering vile, discouraging things to him to keep him on his toes. \\ He no longer remembered how to speak in first person, and instead spoke in third. In his dialogue, he included the voice in his head, his bad thoughts and memories, as a second person. Cruel and unusual punishment became his specialty, even though he had always been a good-natured, kind-hearted individual who hated exacting pain on anything. Now, though, he is an addled behemoth of a coyote, though not exceptionally violent; he follows the rules perfectly even if his ways are questionable.

Appearance

As a youth, and even now, Ioannes has always been tall, dark, handsome. Strong type, even, though not particularly silent, though he did not chat excessive stupidity. He was a big coyote, coming in at about 117 lbs. as a Lupus, 196 lbs. as a Secui, and 210 lbs. as an Optime. He is the maximum height in each form, and his length is only shorted slightly in the Secui and Lupus forms, though not particularly noticeable. Normally always in Optime form except for rest periods and when hunting, fighting, or fleeing, he is covered in shaggy dark-brown fur with lighter cinnamon and tan-chocolate streaks. His underbelly and chest, and the area on the bottom of his muzzle and his cheeks, is washed in a light shade of his coat colour. Muscles show considerably through his fur, and flexible fingers are broad, though not disgustingly bulbous. The mane extending down his nape and partway down his back has been fashioned in a mohawk that slumps to the left side until his hackles flare, at which time it bristles into life. Violet-purple eyes, empty and yet full at the same time, stare out from slightly sunken sockets, betraying nothing of his pain but everything of his cold withdrawal. In quadreped form, he is bulky and strong, and physically fit so quite agile as well.
