2. Personality
Having been double-crossed and lied to by adults, Harrison appreciates children for their candidness and animals for their silence. He would rather have someone say nothing to him than lie to him, and more often than not extends that same "courtesy" to other adults, speaking relatively infrequently and usually on matters he feels competent in - mostly building and crafting. Despite his gruff demeanour, there's an element of whimsy to his creations which hints at an active imagination.

4. History
Born near Portland, as a youngster Harrison was a lot more wide-eyed and fanciful than his demeanour these days would suggest. He loved stories and had a flourishing imagination which was unceremoniously beaten back in the form of bullying by his peers.
He was made fun of for his creativity and subsequently encouraged by his family to "at least put it to good use" by learning a trade. Harrison took up carpentry and masonry as a young adult and found he had a talent for working with his hands. Harrison was determined to not only create, but to strike his own deals for his creations. Unfortunately the other traders saw him coming and within his first few trade deals the young man was ripped off to the point of nearly losing everything.
Finally recognizing (rightly or wrongly) that adults couldn't be trusted, Harrison became a much more shrewd - and much less forgiving - craftsman. He relocated from Portland and eventually came across the Cour des Miracles Outpost.
