• Species: The heavy influx of dog from her father's side of the family shows itself in Celestiel, who possesses floppy ears with some curl to them and a build more similar to a scenthound than a wolf. Regardless, she's a bit large — or, technically, tall.
• Fur: Her fur, apart from being patterned in a domestic manner, is more silken than that of her siblings. It's ill suited to winters too cold, but still possesses an underlayer to keep her warm.

Key Relations

• Talitha de le Poer, her mother. Celestiel sympathizes with her mother, being quiet herself, and often sits with her in silence while watching Montpellier around them. Sometimes she wishes Talitha would speak more on where she comes from, but she never voices this interest.

• Absolon Delacroix often spends time watching Celestiel read to her younger siblings, and used to read to her before she grew old enough to do it for herself. They share more similarities physically than she and her mother, and she appreciates that link to her family, as many of her siblings are less dog-like.

• Gabrielle de le Poer - Celestiel's older littermate is rougher than she, and the two have little in common because of that. In spite of it, she often plays the role of confidant for the often-uneasy Gabrielle, who speaks openly to her and appreciates her quiet listening.
