Carles was born to Emmanuelle Brenna and Ángel Fàbregas i Reus of Inferni, alongside a brother and a sister. However, when his father disappeared, his mother grew sick at heart and left the pack with her pups. Sadly, Emma's illness caused her to neglect the litter, and only Nevada Fàbregas I Brenna survived, leaving Carles to perish. It is believed he was carried off by an eagle.

- Ángel leaves Inferni anyway. Emmanuelle withdraws, quietly giving birth to her pups within the pack.

- Emma deserts Inferni when Ángel still does not return. She remains nearby, but grows ill and neglects the pups.
- Her sons die, and Nevada barely survives.

Carles gets his colouring from both his parents. His base coat is rich Cioccolato with hints of Leather and Brown Tumbleweed in his coat. His underside is painted Equator with hints of Di Serria, Luxor Gold and Driftwood around the edges. His eyes are Robin's Egg Blue.
