Aerin Galena

Born into a small, humble family in Old Caledonia, Aerin lost her mother at birth and her father shortly after her first shift. Freshly orphaned, Aerin pulled away from her fellow Caledonians and found solace in her god, Nanin. Aerin was forced from her home when it burned along with the forest it resided in. She followed the trail left by the mass exodus of Caledonians until Athras Eryn found her.

Aerin was raised in the Clan of Taur by a devout vassal of the Eryn family. Though young, she was well acquainted with the ins and outs of serving those who were born higher than her. Her father believed her beauty to be a sign that Nanin, their god, favored her and had high hopes of marrying her to a family of the upper class. He didn't leave to see this dream to fruition as he died serving his lords by fighting when they were invaded.

Aerin seeks to serve as her father served, both the Lord Eryn and Nanin. In doing so, she hopes to bring honor to her family's name and memory.
