Just can't seem to stay still

1.  Pre-Bleeding Souls History

1.1  Early Life

Born to a family only pack of nomads, Aella was always on the move. Except when the mother was about to whelp to the pups being old enough they where always going somewhere else. The philosophy of her parents was that home was with family, not a place. Something about her father’s past and his old pack’s ties to the land instead of its members drove him to that idea. Aella was from their first litter along with two brothers. At first she loved it. They were always getting to explore new places, seeing waterfalls and cliffs and different wildlife. For the first year they barely interacted with anyone else. Their parents started teaching them minimal skills, hunting, fighting, survival and some first aid. Her mother wanted her to learn more medicine and often drug her away from hunting and sparing practice that her brothers got to do.

Then in their second year they got horses. Aella loved it, her parents taught them all to ride. She started preferring riding over most of her other training practices. As happy as that made her she was starting to notice a trend of when her parents would have to keep changing paths to avoid others except when they needed items. It seemed like soon as she would like an area they would leave. She wanted to stay, meet others and feel rooted in a home. It started with fights with her parents, begging them to stay longer and to stop avoiding others. Their hostilities when approached by strangers bothered her. Tensions grew between her and the family. Soon in the middle of a fight when her father figured out she had been making friends with an equestrian from the nearby pack he told her to leave. He had said that before, and it always came down to that he never meant it. Yet she finally had enough and actually did. Taking the horse she had grown close to and left.

Got muddy and lost at Camp Gagetown before wanding into the Wanabaki Coast area and ran into Lillith.

3.  Personality

3.1  Initially

Aella has a strong willed and independent character. Mix these with some social awkwardness and a desire for social closeness and you get a mix of conflicting traits. After being primarily raised and interacting with only family she failed to grasp the formalities between stranger interactions. She is unsure of what she wants with her life, never had specialized in much of anything in her travels. She wanted a place to feel stable and have a home without frequently moving, yet she constantly is restless regardless of what she thinks she needs. She is a dreamer past what she can achieve and often it brings her into depressive moods because what she aspires for her life to be. This makes her easily nostalgic and ready to always try to recreate her favorite memories, which often times can fall short.

She aspires to be great in multiple skills, and will work hard at improving until she gets disheartened and can often ‘give up’ for a short period of time before picking it back up again. She hates getting help or being shown up by others, yet loves being able to help and teach as it makes her feel accomplished.

With others she tends to reflect their own personality instead of trying to be herself. If they are quiet, she will not break the ice or even look at them. If they are goofy, she does her best to match them. She doesn’t really know how to interact so she mimics more than anything else. She almost never is the first to talk or make any first moves, always waits and reacts after. Deep down she really wants close relationships with others but often falls short because her lack of drive to keep any relationship going since she is always waiting for them.
