The Spear Headlands was a former sub-territory in 'Souls; however, the 2016 meteor strike destroyed the land. What was left of the headlands is now a part of the Broken Occident.

1.  Description

The Spear Headlands are just south of Yarmouth. Here, the rocky shore juts proudly above the ocean. Rocky promontories, covered with hardy sea mosses, make up the majority of the shoreline in this coast. A tiny fishing village of ten or eleven homes nestles on the sharpest cliff, its lighthouse dark for many decades. Perhaps the area's most unique feature is its abundance of marine life. Dolphins and whales frequent the waters, while the rough, stony beaches are frequently covered with thousands of barking seals. The abundance of such creatures is likely due to the high populations of lobster, crab, fish, and other sea creatures. Luperci are no strangers to the feasts that can be found in this southerly region.

2.  Landmarks

2.1  Argyle Sound

Argyle Sound is a long and narrow bay of the Atlantic Ocean; its eastern shores are comprised of the Spear Headlands. The thick fog that covers the land most days of the year is similar to many other southerly areas in this part of Nova Scotia. The Sound is lucky to receive fifty clear days per year. Unique to Argyle Sound, even when the surrounding area is clear, the low-lying bay is usually fogged over. Some of the best fishing in the area can be found in bay, along with clams, lobsters, and crabs. Altogether a maritime buffet, the Argyle Sound is a prime destination for werewolves seeking an easy meal amongst the shoals and craggy shores.
