Located near the center of Charlottetown, Province House is a large and surprisingly well-kept building previously used by legislature. It was used as the central meeting place for the pack, as well as the 'capital' of sorts of Midnight Shores during their occupation there. The members of the Shores could and did live in its various rooms.
