He has his mother's eyes
But he doesn't know
The mother he has
Has not eyes so bold
Hers are steel grey
His own crimson red
Well she's not his mother
But he hasn't been told
He's the son of a queen
And he thinks he knows
She's the beta, she's royal
But it's not where he goes
His brother and sister
Are older than he
He's younger, he's strange
But it doesn't show
He has his mother's eyes
But he doesn't know
The eyes that he awoke to
Had worn different clothes
He has his mother's eyes
But he doesn't know
She's buried 'neath the fog
But he hasn't been told
