Phobos was born into a rich society that treated dogs as if they were inferior. His mother and father had little choice but to sell him into slavery at a young age, where he was taught how to be both a indoor and outdoor slave. Phobos has always been known for his large intimidating looks (which is what he was "bred" to be) and his masters often make him look tougher by dressing him in leather clothing, a spiked collar, and sometimes even a muzzle. He was both used in fighting rings and because of his even temperament outside of the ring, he was promoted to guard dog and taken out of the fighting ring because of his value.

He was branded with a gear on the middle of his back by his first master, who originally named him "Number 47" which he carried throughout most of his life until his very last owner started to call him by the name "Phobos" which he was later taught was one of Mars' moons.

In late February 2017, Phobos is sold to Till Van Ulrich-Lykoi and taken back to Salsola to serve as a Personal Slave to Till's mate, Elody Lykoi. After some circumstances, he was passed down to Elody's daughter, Priya Ulrich-Lykoi where he serves as a bodyguard, caretaker, and companion to the young Salsolan.

In January of 2018, Phobos switched hands once more...

It was half punishment, and half decision that Priya had given up ownership of Phobos. It was her father who told her that she must give up her prized slave, not because she did not have a use for him, but because of her solitary behavior in which she largely did not participate in pack meetings, in family gatherings, or any of the training sessions that she had been asked to go to by Till. As punishment, Till told her that she must give Phobos to one of her step mothers in effort to face the world alone, truly as she wanted, or make the decision that her family was only doing what was best for her when they asked her to do things.

After the Last Supper Ball in Winter of 2017, Priya gives Phobos to Helena, in effort to quell her father's rage. By Helena's side, he serves faithfully before she suddenly tells him that his debt has been forgiven which made him into a Free man.

As a freed man, he still finds himself fiercely loyal to not only those within the Ulrich family, but he also finds himself dedicating himself to Till, and his brood. He once served as a Serf in Salsola, only to be asked to accompany the majority of the Ulrich children to the Salsola Outpost in June of 2019. Once he gets to the Outpost, he seeks out Priya and rekindles their friendship.

Features: Large, brutish, with many scars from fights. He is expressive, and has cropped ears and a docked tail. In his Optime form, he has a Faux-hawk.

Personality

Blind Obedience, Nerves Of Steel,

He's been a fighter for most of his life, and often takes an intimidating roll in most situations. He is completely loyal to those who own him, and would never think of trying to run, or turning on his owners. His spirit had been broken when he was but a pup and he sticks by his loyalty even in the face of grave danger.

Once Phobos was bought by the Ulrich family, Till and his children seemed to breathe life into the intimidating male, in a way that sometimes, he could find himself enjoying playing with the puppies, and thinking about having some of his own before he got too old.

Skills & Abilities

Feral Fighting (Master): was raised to fight in dog pits, and excelled in taking down not only other dogs but wolves and coyotes as well.
Protection (Master): He was retired from the fighting pit after he lost an eye, so then he started to be used as a gaurd dog and became feircely protective over his master(s).
Cooking (Apprentice): Never really had to cook but has been recently been taught how to make some simple dishes.
Cleaning (Apprentice): Again, never really was an "inside" dog so never had to learn how to cook or clean but has been recently exposed to more inside house duties.
