1.  Appearance

Vladislav towers over most wolves at an inch shy of seven feet, and easily outweighs most Luperci. He's a tank, built of muscle and fat, with a thick and curly pelt made for the winters he's used to surviving through in his homeland. He's a mix of wolf and mutt, but is mostly wolf. He's got short ears and a good amount of extra fluff on his chin, bridge of his nose and on his cheeks. He's a mix of cream, gray and more gray, with dark gold eyes and a pinkish nose. In his hair and fur are silver furs, which are indicators of his age. He typically wears few clothing, but can often be seen wearing a vest (or apron, if he's cooking). Despite his bulkiness, Vlad is surprisingly gentle when he needs to be and is a fine crafter. When travelling or working for long periods of time, it can be noted that Vlad walks with a limp, as he suffers from bad knees.

As far as items are concerned, Vlad keeps most of his items in his cart that's connected to a large muskox by the name of Kvetina (flower). He is a trader, and often trades his own crafts and food for things he may need.

2.  Personality

Surly: Although he does not go out of his way to do so, Vladislav can be considered unfriendly to those who don't know him well enough... and even to those that do. He demands respect and in return, he grants it, but is overall pretty irritable and grumpy. He seems especially sensitive to things that have too many noises (eg; someone talking too much) and is quick to tell you to shut it if he finds you getting on his nerves. He uses his demeanor to his advantage and keeps to himself unless absolutely necessary. He is not a social creature, nor does he seek to be.

Hard-Working: Vladislav believes that most things can be accomplished with a little bit of hard work. On the other hand, with a lot of hard work, anything can be accomplished. It's rare that you'll find this man without some task on the forefront of his mind. He's a busy body and finds solace in keeping himself busy. Believing that others should work just as hard, it is also not unlike him to give someone who he deems lazy something to do. Vlad believes that if you've got a sound mind and a set of hands, there's no reason you shouldn't be working.

Mellow: Although more times than not you see the grumpy, unkind side of Vlad, he is actually gentle and easy to get along with (should you know how to do so). He's not a complicated man, and although rough in his words, will say what you need to hear. It's clear he prefers silence and to work in silence, and finds that his closest bonds are with those that he works beside.

Protective: After his life quickly spiraled out of control, Vladislav finds himself powerless in his life. Although not a clingy man, he holds tightly onto those who form bonds with him and is quick to do what he can to protect what little he has left. He's loyal and especially blunt; wondering what's on the Slovakian's mind is one thing you'll never need to worry about.

Volatile: In most situations, he is a marvelous, level-headed leader. In others, he can be suddenly explosive. Vladislav can change from being mildly annoyed to dangerously angry on the flip of a switch. It's not clear what exactly pushes that button, but hell hath no fury like this man's. He can go into an awful episode of anger and is quick to forget his surroundings.

3.  History

The Prochazka family were known for their hard work and strong backs, Vladislav was no exception to this. He grew up on his family’s farm in Slovakia before finally moving away from his family with one of his brothers, as children often do. He found home in a new pack and soon, found love in the eyes of a girl named Alena. They eventually had children, with only one survivor of the litter. She was named Danica, after his mother.

Rumors of war spread through their pack, deeming it unsafe for Vladislav and his family. His brother, who had a firey spirit and a want to fight, stayed behind.

Although they had little, the small family managed to make it down to Croatia. War was not so easy to elude, and wishing to go even further, found a man named Emil who was sailing across the Atlantic. Vlad requested for he and his family to be onboard the ship, offering himself as a worker to pay off the debt.

As they were preparing the ship to leave, they were attacked. Vladislav was attacked and knocked out, though woke up later to find they had been forced to leave early. Alena had been killed.

Danica grew sick during the voyage and did not make it.

True to his word, Valdislav stayed with Emil and payed off his debt. He stayed longer than needed, unsure of where exactly to go. After six months, Emil announced he was heading back across the seas. Vladislav, not wishing to return to his homeland, stayed behind.
