NPC Characters of Mattie

Minor NPCs and crap that don't deserve their own pages. This page is intended to work as a COMPREHENSIVE page of all a player's NPCs. c:

1.  Using NPCs in Threads

If your character is in the same pack as my characters (and therefore their NPCs), feel free to reference these characters as being seen around the packlands, etc. in your posts. If you'd like actual interaction with these characters, that's cool, but please let me know what you're doing with them via PM. Special notes are added about each of the characters here, as well -- please pay attention to them, and make sure you are adhering to that character's temperament, etc.

2.  Canine NPCs

• Gauge Reese (NPC of Toby)

2.1  Gauge

Origin

Gauge Reese is an NPC Australian cattle dog/blue heeler hybrid played by Mattie?. He serves as guide dog for Toby during the first few months of the German shepherd's return. Hailing from the south, Gauge has that "southern charm" many find friendly but Toby just finds annoying. Gauge rarely shuts his southern trap, and is always getting himself into trouble by being easily offended and always looking to prove himself when no one cares. Gauge is a non-luperci, his familly ancestry having avoided infection by using the ranch land to distance themselves from their humans. Gauge has a hidden agenda of using Toby to score free food from sympathetic packs and any other luxuries that come from helping a blind dog. Because he is built for warm weather, Gauge also sees value in Toby's ability to make fire. He plans to skip out Toby and head for warmer lands as soon as he can, only having showed up because he was dumped here by a gang of annoyed wolves who had him shipped off to the cold Canadian area in order to get to of them.

Description

Gauge is a fat Australian cattle dog, sitting low to the ground but with a quickness to his actions. He has dark brown eyes and could be considered cute if he wasn't talking constantly. He wears a leather collar as an accessory and also has a dog sweater he acquired by trade from a loner after his unfortunate arrival in the Canadian area where his southern coat did him no justice.

About

Gauge is an obnoxious creature all about making deals, bets and showing off. He lacks the sweet southern charm many would prefer he had and instead is a fast taking hick who never shuts up and always tells elaborated stories that make him sound heroic. He is a trouble maker and was sent off by wolves being so, dumped here in Canada for being up to no good. He sees everyone as a business associate rather than a friend to be made and snakes himself into the lives of others to get what he wants.

Residence

He is a loner trying to get back home to the south.
