Basics

Fenris was born with fire in his pelt and ice in his eyes. His coat is thick and lush, able to withstand the harsh Nova Scotia winters without much protection via clothing. His mane is grown out naturally, sometimes with dirt or leaves stuck in the darker hair for good measure. Fenris sports a dark brown-colored saddle on his back, reaching from the crown of his head to his shoulders and down to the base of his spine. His hands, feet, and the tip of his tail all fade out to the same dark color as well. On his underside is a light cream color on his abdomen.

Sexuality

• Heterosexual: Fenris is a bit old-fashioned in his ways when it comes to love, and has never really looked at a male as a suitable partner. When faced with his own feelings, he acknowledges them, but usually does not do anything about it.
• Demisexual: As a result of his current mental state, Fenris finds it harder to connect with people than ever before. It would take a dedicated soul to crack his shell open.

Spirituality

Fenris used to believe in the myths and legends of gods in the skies that controlled everything in the world. Now he's not so sure.

Substances

Fenris is not above drinking a little socially, although he couldn't handle anything much stronger than that. He does look down slightly on alcoholics and people who lose control when drunk.

Strengths

• Hunting (Master): Moving past his feral instincts, Fenris is very skilled in both feral and bipedal hunting techniques.
• Armed Combat (Expert): Fenris is quite skilled in fighting with a bladed staff.
• Cartography (Skilled): Before his disappearance, Fenris was practicing to hone his skills as a mapmaker.
• Tracking (Master): Fenris has a natural talent for tracking.
• Hand-to-Hand (Journeyman): Fenris has some brief muscle memory with hand-to-hand.
• Reading and Writing (Apprentice): Fenris can read and write to an extent, he's never considered this knowledge to be of much use and thus is not as skilled with it.

Weaknesses

• Flashbacks: Fenris is plagued by brief yet painful flashbacks from his missing year. They can cause headaches, nausea, and occasionally lightheadedness.
• Insomnia: Fenris also suffers from insomnia as a result of nightmares.
• Small Spaces: As a result of his size, Fenris feels uncomfortable in small places at best, and downright terrified at worst.
• Dexterity: Fenris has trouble with finer details, such as writing or using small or delicate tools.
