1.  Appearance

1.1  Essentials

Chrys takes more after her mother appearance-wise, her coat consisting mostly of white and shades of grey. A good majority of her body is covered in a light silver color, white covering her muzzle, underside, and paws while a dark silver covers the tips of her ears, outlining her eyes, running down her back, and covering half of her tail. She has her fathers eyes even though they are more or less opposite. Her father had dark, steel grey eyes while her own are such a light shade of blue/grey that they often appear to be white. There is also a shade of her fathers golden color in her cheeks, thighs, shoulders and arms, and a bit on her back, the only bit of color in her coat that hints to her being related to her father.

She is nearly always in her optime form and tends to wear baggy clothes that hide her feminine form. Her chest is already rather small, her baggy dark blue shirt making it look almost nonexistent. Because it is so big on her, it tends to hang off of one shoulder. Her black cargo shorts are just as baggy, hiding any hint of feminine hips. Chrys' mop of hair tends to hang in her face a bit and is the same grey color as the markings on her coat.

2.  Personality

While her appearance is nearly opposite of her fathers, her personality couldn't be more similar. Being abandoned by her mother as a pup, Chrys became extremely attached to her father, her personality more or less mimicking his as she grew. She developed his sleeping habits when she was very young, becoming an insomniac like him, making her end up wondering why others slept so long. She doesn't usually show much emotion, her face usually blank unless she gets really excited about something, then a smile can be found upon her face.

Like her father, she has no sense of boundaries, following others and studying them and taking notes. She will study their behavior no matter what sort of activity they are doing at the moment. She will even sneak into someone else's home and go through their things to learn information about them, though she will not take any of their possessions. Chrys becomes bored easily and the need to do something is what usually spurs her on to follow others. She can't sit still for long, constantly needing to do something.

She does have a few quirks, similar to her fathers. When concentrating, she can be seen running her hand through her hair or sticking the tip of her thumb on her lips or in her mouth. Chrys also has a big sweet tooth, but where her father prefers sugar cane, she can be seen eating honey. She always has a jar of honey with her and her finger is usually sticky from constantly having honey on it. Chrys possibly became a little too attached to her father, constantly wanting to be near him and unable to sleep unless in her fathers arms even though she is well into her adult life.

Emotion is usually lacking from her voice, leaving her alto voice more or less monotone, though it is not quite as extreme as her fathers. She doesn't speak to others a whole lot, usually just her father, but when she does, her voice holds kind of a "matter of fact" tone.

4.  History

Chrysanthemum, usually referred to as Chrys, was born to Maximilian and Samantha but her mother seemed to hate the child. Once she was old enough to be weaned from her mother, the woman left her and her father. She was raised solely by her father after that and quickly became overly attached to him. As a pup, she couldn't sleep unless her father was holding her and the need to be in his arms continued into adulthood. While her appearance hardly showed any signs of him being her father, her personality nearly mimicked his, getting rid of any doubt of their relation. She excelled in the schooling her father taught while the other students were moving at a much slower pace and holding her back. As she grew older, she started getting unwanted attention from the male students, which made her want to hide her body beneath baggy clothing so she wasn't getting distracted, or being a distracted. Eventually, her father took her and their books and they left their old home. The pair traveled by boat, ending up in Nova Scotia to start their new life.
